WILL NEVER RETURN!Staff did not possess the knowledge to receive and process clothing I wanted to sell. They also possessed very little customer service skills. I returned to pick up the items they did not want/get paid out for the ones they did. They could not provide me with details of what they wanted and how much for each they were giving me. In the process of trying to do so, they deleted my whole list of clothing items. So they could not pay me out, but rather they said they would start reentering everything and have it done that same night. I stayed in the area as they had said this. When phoning over an hour later, they weren’t finished (and the tracking indicated they weren’t even started sorting the clothes again). So I left the area. Then 25 minutes later, I got notification it was done. Why they couldn’t tell me to wait 25 more minutes, I don’t know?? Upon going back the next day, there was more confusion looking up my order and multiple staff again had to be involved to figure it out. Then they offered to pay me LESS than what they were going to the previous day. If you have already agreed to pay out somebody, and because of your screw up you didn’t, then I think it’s fair to anticipate the same amount the next day. The staff didn’t apologize, try to make it right.. they were dead silent during the transaction. What a royal waste of my time!!! It’s not worth it to make multiple trips to process a drop off and have to deal with the staff at this store.

Might be the best second hand women's clothing store in the city. My wife loves it here.Great prices, great sales and great selection.

If you like thrift or consignment shopping, this place is a little gem.I love to support these small businesses. This particular store is unique in that it is very size inclusive from xxs-5x. Mainly ladies fashions.

Friendly staff... Huge selection... Most pricing is very reasonable

Don't buy any clothes until you have gone to check out this place!!!There are lots of choices in every size, both more classic and fashion forward pieces, also lots of athletic wear, shoes, bags, jewelry and accessories. Shopping here is just so much fun, the selection is very well curated, most pieces you would never guess would have been worn before, many name brand designer pieces and excellent prices. And at the same time you are being environmentally conscious by purchasing already existing clothes. You can check out whole outfits online and even call to put on hold, why would you shop anywhere else?!I haven't taken clothing here to sell so cannot speak to that, but highly recommend to add to your wardrobe.

The ladies at Style Encore are INCREDIBLE!! They are extremely knowledgeable on their huge inventory, fashion trends and always take the time to help you find what you are looking for. You absolutely can not beat their prices on high end accessories and fashion!! (Brand new Tori Burch bag for $100?!) They constantly have new items arriving and older items on clearance. Tons of stuff is brand new and never worn! If you haven't been yet, you HAVE to go and see for yourself!!

I love to shop here and the times I brought in clothes was a good experience. The ladies always explained why they would not accept someMy last experience wasn’t as great as before. Great clothing with amazing prices but the one woman working was very unpleasant and had no idea on how to smile. Even a fixed smile would have been betterThe young girl working was kind and pleasantCalvin Klein, Skechers and Dex items were not acceptable and these items were worn once. Don’t understand why and to afraid to askI will definitely shop here again but will take my clothes to another consignment store.

Let items with them, received text they were done. When I returned they had not gone thru any totes. Said can't use any. This was a true waste of time, and gas .
