Alexei responded within minutes of my initial e-mail request and arrived within 4 hours for the repair. Then he completed the job in less than 30 minutes! The price was right and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. I highly recommend City Rooter Plumbing!

At 7:00am, I noticed water dripping from the shut off valve at the water meter. Called Alexei and he advised me to call the City to shut off the water supply to the house. He came once the water had been shut off, made repairs in an effective and professional manner, and charged a fare and reasonable amount for the job. I was extremely impressed by the quality of his work.

Laundry faucet won't fully shut anymore and so I needed a plumber to look at it. Alexei - City Plumber came to the rescue! He asked me to buy the replacement I like and he'll install it. I picked up a similar looking one at home depot, scheduled the work and I'm beyond pleased with Alexei's work. We also added shut off valves for the kitchen sink which didn't have any. I also had him look at other plumbing stuff in the house and will definitely call him back when we're ready to do installations.

Alexei and his team were prompt, on time, and very professional. They did a great job replacing a part of our broken main sewer drain.

I had leaky laundry shut off valves in the basement of a very old house. I was fed up with the lack of response from other people and I found City Rooter online and called them. Alexei answered and gave me a quote. I sent him a few images and was lucky he happened to be at the store to pickup the valves needed for the job. Swung by within the hour upon receiving the pics and went to work. Quality work and took the time to answer my questions and explain things and made suggestions without upselling or anything. Even though it was late around dinner time he still took the time after the work was done to explain waterproofing and some other options even though not all services were provided by him. Excellent service!

Let me tell you the whole saga of my beautiful home, it’s a long one lol. I had the worst pressure when it came to my outside water outlet, I have called many people that claimed to be knowledgeable to come and help me locate the area in my basement to increase the water pressure no luck.This last month is where the nozzle actually needed to be replaced so I decided to call and get quotes and some general questions a few of the people I called were basic at best. Then it all turned around… I found Alex and wow he was polite and professional and asked for a picture of the problem to which I sent him and he said he could be there the following day. He arrived promptly and he went over all the details in regards to what the problem was and how long it would take to fix he went over all details so that I was aware of what was broken and what he will do to fix the issue and the cost of the parts, and of course I had to ask him if he could help with the actual pressure of the water he was so kind and knowledgeable, he found it!! I was in disbelief I have asked over a dozen people in the “field” and they did not know. My outdoor nozzle works like a dream!! This is the Best service I have had. I feel so comfortable to refer him to my family and friends as I know they will be so happy with the results.If you are looking for knowledgeable service and that is the key word I will use, please call Alex he is very good at his trade.

Called Alexei early morning (7am) with a water leak/flood issue in the basement. He came by as soon as he could and fixed the leak right away. He was great. This was the second time we used him. We had issues with our drainage for our sump pump. He ran a new discharge line and did an excellent job both times. Highly recommend him!!

I needed someone to extend my roof downspout into an existing drain line in my backyard. Alex was quick to respond to my service request.
