Blake is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our hot tub repair was very unique as the problem was due to the wrong jets being installed when tub was refurbished. This caused a water flow error the jets were restricting the flow due to the openings being too small. Blake had identified this issue quite quickly. His service didn't end there as he also informed me that filter system was missing a small but important piece that allows the filter to filter properly.Thanks to Blake the tub is working better than ever.

Blake came out on short notice around the holidays. Told me one of the fittings were loose and possibly cracked due to me turning down the tub when not in use. Instead of taking the opportunity to pump out the tub and sit around for a couple hours charging me for his time he tightened the fittings and offered to come back if it didn't significantly reduce the leak. Don't find service/honesty like this anymore! Thanks again Blake!!

Simply put - honest, fair, prompt repair work at a great rate. Blake's online booking system is perfect. He rebuilt my main jet pump, fixed a minor lighting issue that I've been puzzled with since I've owned my tub, and gave helpful valuable advice during the service call. He really knows his stuff and won't lead you astray.

Braeden with Mountain hot tub repair has been very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. We switched to a hot tub enzyme and Braeden helped us through the transition answering all my questions and offering to help should we need in the future. He also fixed a jet and helped replace our difficult filter. We were more than pleased with the care and service provided. I highly recommend Mountain hot tub repair for all your hot tub needs.

I had Blake come out to repair my hot tub. The electrical breaker kept tripping and it took Blake about a minute to figure out that the heater coil was toast. He replaced the coil and put everything back together in less than an hour. The tub works great now and the cost was well under what I had expected. I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend Mountain Hot Tub Repair to everyone. Great service!!!Colin Caldwell
