Timothy Hanson . A whole year and got nothing done. Rarely gets back when I try to get ahold of him. Doesn't seem to care at all. Didnt even ask why I was dropping him as my lawyer when I finally got ahold of him.

Met with a Junior Lawyer representing Chow McLeod in early September, submitted documents to start case and have received a complete run around to the point where no phone calls, emails will be returned and cannot even obtain original documents when I went to the front desk. 2 months and NOTHING! Less than poor service. Unprofessional and will not recommend moving forward. Will not publicly post lawyers name to prevent defamation of character.

I had no plans of writing a review of my experience with this firm, however after being flat out ignored and with the lawyer not having the decency to return an explanation I figured I should warn others.After working with a lawyer at this firm for the past 9 months and thinking we had a very good attorney/client relationship and spending thousands of dollars, the last 2 months the lawyer ended up leading us on as to thinking he was working on our file only to kept being told...it will be done at the end of the week for the last 3 weeks! Now the lawyer will not answer any emails and will not return any messages left at the front desk for him. I spent many hours going over details and options with this lawyer and spending a large amount of money and now I am left hanging with no explanation as to why! I even tried making an appointment with Mr Chow to discuss what is happening only to be told by the front desk that they would have to see what his schedule was like and they would get back to me with a time and date....I’m still waiting! Terrible! I went to this firm cause they have been known as the best in MJ but from my experience I would never recommend this firm. They take your money and waste your time and then leave you hanging with no explanation!!

Needed to ask a question to see if they could help me and wouldn't talk to me without a 200 dollar payment

Doesn't anybody review anymore? Maybe they're afraid of being sued.Anyway, I never ended up using their services. We had a preliminary meeting with one of the lawyers because we were going to have them handle the sale of our house. Meeting was fine, she was going to rewrite the conditions of sale document for us and email it to me that night. It never came. I called two days later and left a message asking that she call me. No call. Never heard from them again.So that's what my rating is based on. That and the foyer. Everything's GIANT sized. It's like walking into one of the big-worlds on Mario.They could very well be highly skilled lawyers; we'll never know.

Very, very organized got a pile of work done in a short time. Price reasonable compared to what I'm used to as well.

After trying on my own to transfer the title of my deceased mothers home (which I shared title on so you'd think it would be easy, right?) the 6 months it took to get nowhere was evident...I called Lindsay at Chow and within a month the entire process was complete. The months and costs leading up to my call to them were really adding up but after the call, the care and compassion they showed were beyond appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family or anyone looking for a competent and caring law firm.
