Ace Pet Boarding

This place had abused the animals under its care. They need to be shut down. Please do not bring your pets here

Brought my high energy German shepherd mix Oliver to Ace Pet Boarding this weekend. Owner was very professional and gave me a tour of the facility. This was my first experience boarding my dog, and when I picked him up, he was very happy and I could tell he had a great time! Very happy with this local service, and will be boarding Oliver again next month!

Very professional over the phone and flexible with drop off and pickup being appointment only. Competitive rates. Boarding for the first time and will update after we pick our dogs up. The only kennel in the entire area west of London I can find (called over 20) that allowed reasonable drop off and pickup times.Update: two hounds had a great day at boarding! The kennels were spotless, no feces or urine smell anywhere in the facility. The dogs went straight outside without looking back, which is unusual for them, being velcro dogs.When my partner picked them up they were happy, healthy and barked happily when they saw the lady as they were going into the car.(Usually they're wired, and absolutely crazy when being picked up from boarding).I will absolutely be back. I'm a registered veterinary technician with very high expectations for any boarding kennel I'd use or recommend, and look forward to using Ace Pet Boarding many times in the future.Don't believe 2 incredibly biased reviews written to slam a small family business. This place is great!

Took my dog here a while ago he came back with a limp and needed a hip replacement their excuse is their grandson was helping out i couldnt afford it so i had to give him to paws and im really suprised this place is still open cost me money and a dog

Please do not trust this place with your pet.

They mistreat animals and it’s proven in their track record. Shame on these people

Do not bring your pet here.I brought Alfie (pictured below) and he tore a vertebrae in his neck ..2 weeks later I had to put him down. All they could say “it was a growth spurt”This place should be shut down immediately

My friend had to put down her puppy because they injured him and caused a torn vertabrae.
