Once again found the service to be quick and efficient. While this time it was just an oil change and air filter replacement, I have previously had them replace a couple of fog/daytime running lights that are in challenging locations. Always find they explain things well and make appropriate recommendations.

Excellent customer service! Quick service and even cleaned my window without me asking. I have been to other quick service spots. But by far they gave me world class service and I will be returning. They changed my lights when other places said they could not do that service there, that I would need to go to a mechanic.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube on Oxford Street for many, many years and have been very pleased and happy with their excellent service. I am always treated with respect. I also as a woman like how honest they are with me. A year ago I brought my car in thinking I was due for an oil change. The gentleman I was dealing with told me I didn't need one yet. He did check my oil but he could have done an oil change and I as a senior woman would have not known any difference. Just one more reason I keep coming back to them.

I don’t usually leave many reviews but everyone here was super friendly, honest, and provided all around great service for my oil change. Complementary check on everything was great, and they weren’t forceful on additional services.

Don't let the friendliness deceive. Nice guys, but they left the coolant cap off after servicing my vehicle. After my car overheated and I issued a complaint, their manager Tori quickly acted to disprove me and dismissed me promptly. We all make mistakes, I made one going there! They made one also, but called me a liar and moved on. Don't go there, you've been warned!

The staff are super friendly. It’s a busy time with snow tires, and I showed up with my 5 week old son. I was nervous waiting in the waiting area as it was full. The staff member who worked with me was super courteous. He took my number and called me when it was time to come back so I could head home and pick my car up later. I appreciated that with all of the illnesses floating around right now!

Was here for a oil lube and filter and was super impressed with Dave. His explanations were great. He went out of his way to help me get air in my tires and called me back when he found the unique piece to allow my tires to be refilled again. Definatley, recommend the customer survive that he shared. It’s a real rarity these days.

I brought my summer car in for a quick oil change after taking her out of storage. Tori and the team at Jiffy Lube on Oxford W in London were fantastic. Didn't suggest anything unnecessary or extra and got me in and out in less than 20 minutes.If you are looking for fast, friendly service give them a go!

Excellent service! Came for a standard oil change (first time trying a chain company) and was pleasantly surprised! They even cleaned my windows, checked tire pressure and my lights for me free of charge! Also updated me on the workings of the car (fluid levels etc.) will be back!
