Great management. I am a commercial tennant and their communication is clear and accurate.

Update: You are responsible, it says you are responsible for building maintenance(lawn mowing, cutting weeds, etc.) and snow clearing on my copy of the management agreement..You have to repeatedly contact customer service for months before you receive any kind of help. Maintenance is poor, weeds overgrown in summer, sand just tossed on top of piles of snow on steps in winter. Brooke in particular has been absolutely no help whatsoever.

We found this beautiful little condo in Selkirk on airbnb and after contacting, what we thought were the owners, we were informed that it was Pillar Properties handling the condo for the owners. Our dealings with everyone at Pillar was excellent. You can't find a bunch of more professional people to deal with. Either on the phone, email, in person at their office and in person at our condo during our inspections. They were the most down to earth, professional and polite people to do business with! Excellent service. Great job!

Pillar is a trustworthy company, their maintenance team responds very quickly and always provide me with the most economical solutions. I just learned today that their appliance technician Gil retired in January, he had done a lot of repairs for my suite. Wish him all the best!

Edited to reply to the business’s reply: I never once complained about damage costs if any. I was complaining about the lack of timeliness, communication, and professionalism. I understand that if there were damages, the real estate owner should not be held responsible in most cases. I never even mentioned anything about that. I am upset at the blatant disregard for tenants (i.e. not following through with maintenance requests, giving me the run-around to get the deposit back, etc).Original review: Unprofessional company. Took months of calling repeatedly for any maintenance to be done, and they didn’t even fix 3-4 things that were problems since move-in, even though they said they would. Be prepared to have to hound them to get your damage deposit back. It took about 10 phone calls and 24 business days to get mine back, even though the signed lease agreement said 14-21 days. (FYI the tenants board says damage deposits have to be returned within 14 days unless otherwise specified in the signed lease.)Stay clear of this company if you can.

When I sorted out the mess I had in 2016 trying to remotely rent my grandfathers house these people cleaned up the night mare mess the previous occupants (They didn't pay the agreed rent) left, and have kept the place orderly and made a number of improvements. They've kept me informed of the tenants and alerted me to maintenance issues as they arise.On occasion they've hurried up my payment when I was caught short of cash.

Brooke, and maintenance team is always there to help me, the owner to keep repairs and concerns of tenant addressed in timely manor. When ever I have had a bookkeeping question that is also handled well. Front desk gals are always helpful and efficient. The owner Kevin was available to me when I had concerns only he could address and did so to my satisfaction.
