The FibreStream team provided us with great service. In the almost three years we used their Internet service we had only one service interruption issue, this for only about 20 minutes, and the team was able to fix it without a hitch. A small provider with more might than the big guys and for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend!

I’ve been with Fibrestream for several years now and have truly enjoyed their efficient and cost-effective service and their responsive customer support. They offer the best prices and the up/download speeds definitely met all my needs. Making the phone call to disconnect my service because we’re moving into a house was actually difficult for me. Imagine my surprise when someone answered the phone immediately (I didn’t have to wait on the line through 40 minutes of elevator music like I have with some of their competitors), and my questions were resolved within literally 3 minutes! If these guys offered internet for freehold structures, I definitely would not be leaving them.

This company, service and price is absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation to recommend to others.After many years of frustration seeing how my Internet bill was being increasing by Bell and no getting a much better rate, I decided to give it a try to Fibrestream as they were recently installed in my condo building. The customer service representative indicated that the company only provide internet service in certain parts of Ottawa, and not throughout Ottawa like the misleading advertising is indicating.

Used Fibrestream for 4 years until I move out of my condo shortly - great prices, excellent and fast customer service, equal upload/download speeds (ideal for video calls), and reliable internet.Installation and cancellation were both quick and painless. Andrei was our tech for installation, very professional and he actually showed up early for the appointment which worked out great for us. Cancellation was by email, equally quick and easy - no waiting on the phone or anything.I would use FibreStream again in a heartbeat if I move back to a condo. Highly recommend.

Internet is extremely reliable, it is fast, they are super fair in their pricing and they just announce they wouldn't charge the credit card fees because they simply get it. Having FibreStream in my condo has been an absolutely amazing experience. I'm not sure how they really can improve the service. The setup and installation team were prompt when they said they would be showing up and they took the time to configure everything and test the speed (which I thought was important).I had the service for nearly a year before I moved out, but during that time, speed and stability were rock solid. I don't recall having an issue once. This was very critical to me since I work from home and video/audio conference and webex a lot for work.Lastly, the billing was simple and straightforward. No unexpected fees or confusing line items on the bill. It was just service description + tax = total billed. Never had to call in to ask about ambiguity on my bill.I really wish they would expand to residential single family neighbourhoods soon. I would sign up with FibreStream again in a heartbeat.
