Rencon Rentals - Penticton

This was our first year using Rencon Supply for a compressor to blow out the irrigation lines in our vineyard. First of, the staff was extremely friendly, and even helped us get the compressor a little earlier so we could avoid the frost. It was a tough day as the cold snap ended up freezing some of valves. So we needed to bring it in the next morning instead of the afternoon. They fully understood our situation and allowed us to bring the following morning. You have to appreciate people who see pass the policies to help their clients.The staff took the time to show us how to efficiently use the equipment, hooked it to my truck and checked everything in a very timely fashion. If I could give less I would! STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE PLACE! RUDE SERVICE! RIP-OFF! Blame us for broke equipment, charged us for equipment that had missing piece. Extremely rude. Took advantage of us. Just horrible service overall.

Construction tool focus is the name of the game here. It's another rental shop in Penticton, and while the other one has a wider assortment of tools for rent, this location is catering to construction people. Does that mean they don't have that tool you're looking for, while you're working on your own home project? Not at all. Check them out, they''ll probably be able to help you - very helpful staff.
