Aspen Limo and Car Services - Minneapolis

We used Aspen Limo recently for a concert. Our driver, Steve, arrived early, was extremely friendly and even posed for pictures with my daughter and niece. The vehicle that Aspen sent was amazing! Far beyond what we had expected. I would recommend Aspen Limo to anybody who is in need. The service was wonderful, the vehicle was clean and comfortable and the value was unmatchable!!

My friend and I reserved a party bus from Aspen for two hours to celebrate our graduation. Our plan was to have some drinks, dance, and enjoy the time with our friends while celebrating graduation. Well that never happened. We tried to connect our phones to bus's Bluetooth for almost an hour, which never worked out. The one time after 40 minutes of trying to connect our phones it finally worked, which lasted for 4 minutes the most and then turned off again. We literally drove a party bus with no music. Not only we could not connect our phones to the system , the AC was constantly switching to heat. IT WAS SUPER HOT IN THE BUS WHICH MADE OUR FRIENDS SICK....the graduation party was ruined, and we asked the bus driver to drop us off at home. After the fact my friend and I called numerous times to request a refund. When we called all that was said is that the manager will call us back which never happened. It was the worst party bus experience ever, and i would not recommend doing any business with them.

Booked a limo for 2 families to see Christmas lights just for them not to show up. Wrecked 5 kid's Christmas and still haven't gotten a call back from the 3 managers that told me they were looking into it". Trash company."

Had to get out of Duluth, MN down to Minneapolis in a pinch and this company really came through. Our driver, Ali, was a true gentleman! He was courteous, professional, and provided great conversation on the 2+ hour trip. What a remarkable gentleman! Thank you Aspen for getting us to our destination on time with everything being as smooth as can be. Next time we are in Minnesota and need a transportation service we will definitely use Aspen. I recommend them to anyone that needs a ride.

Booked a limo as a surprise and 30 minutes before we were scheduled pickup they canceled. The guy who called was very rude, tried to offer me significantly downgraded service. I booked a stretch limo they had a sedan. Completely ruined the night. I asked for an immediate refund which I did not receive. I had to waste HOURS on the phone waiting on hold for rude customer service that asked me a parade of condescending questions like, are you sure your limo didn't show up?" Ridiculous. Also

We attended a wedding in Minneapolis, with trips to St. Paul for groom's dinner and wedding. After the wedding we then moved to downtown Minneapolis for a remarkable celebration. Al was great to work with! He was available when we needed some alterations to our pickup times. The vehicles were perfect; the drivers always on time, courteous and professional. We highly recommend their services!!

Josh did an excellent job driving us around to see the holiday lights! He reached out prior to our departure to check in and inquire about the night. He arrived to pick us up on time and was super friendly and flexible. The hummer limo was clean and had everything we wanted/needed. We had a great night and highly recommend Aspen Limo!

The limo arrived early which worked out very well. Our driver was fabulous and knew all the best routes to take to see the attractions of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Our driver was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind.The limo was clean and well serviced.The great experience we had was due to the driver! He was great and did a fabulous job!I would definitely use Aspen again and try to get the same driver.I also recommend that if one needs a car service, Aspen is the car service company to call!

We reserved a stretch limo with this company last Saturday evening as a gift to our extended family. It ended up being VERY disappointing. First, they tried to change the vehicle to a passenger bus because they were overbooked. THAT was NOT our problem, and it was stressful! They ended up sending a Hummer Limo from a different company which was NOTHING like the stretch limo in the photos. There was bench seating along each side of the limo so our legs were hitting each other, the windows were very small, fogged up and darkly tinted so we couldn't see out!! There was no ice bin, The bar" station at the front of the limo was old and there were just bunches of plastic cups piled up along the back of the seats which was tacky and nothing like the photos. The driver said he doesn't usually let people eat in his limo

I have been using Aspen since 1999! This is a family owned high quality and reliable service. The owners still drive too - Ali just picked me up at 4:30am. That says it all.
