Rude service. Tried to get a digital version of the finger print, but the Indian officer did not let me finished talking. Kept cutting me off when I talked and talking over me. I don’t know where is his manners.

Very disappointed. I told the staff (per his signature, he is the chief security officer) I need the ink and roll fingerprinting service for a no criminal record in Hong Kong. He only asked me to make plain impressions, and he also confirmed me the impressions should be adequate and clear enough (I did ask him if my prints are too blur). However, the Hong Kong Police Force said that is totally unacceptable, rolled impressions are also required, the fingerprints I did is too blur, and also I am not supposed to do it on my own, the staff should take my hand and press. In short, I need to redo. $52.50 fingerprint service + $30 shipping wasted.

Very helpful, and patient. I have done the ink fingerprinting, which is a bit of pain in the butt. Fortunately the staff will help you to redo several. Would recommend this service to friends!

I would suggest the owner to change their ink to improve ink&roll fingerprint service. To ensure my application not to be rejected, I did the service in commissionaires again. It was very quick and clear, but not here.
