cashier is nodding off with her eyes rolling back while trying to take my order, yikes.called to ask how she was and whoever picked up met me with a “she’s FINE. THANKS.” and a swift hang up.she does not look well enough to be working. she looks like she needs medical assistance. her eyes were rolling back and she couldn’t look at me while trying to take my order of one single coffee.this location will never fail to disappoint. if it’s not a dirty bathroom, burnt food, bitter coffee, the wrong order, or a long wait, its going to be terrible customer service.

Truly disappointed this evening! Sat at the drive thru speaker for almost 10 minutes and no one answered me until I said hello. They told me to hold on and then waited another 7 minutes with a line behind me to the road at 21:00. I finally said hello again and he replied hold on , I asked him is there anyone at the window and he said one I said okay and I pulled in without taking my order due to the length of time and people behind getting extremely upset. There was 1 truck ahead of me. In discovery there were only two customers inside and they were cleaning instead of taking care of their customers. Totally disappointed as this is our local tim hortons

Always inconsistent with their coffee. It's either to strong, to weak or to sugary.Most nights my boyfriend goes there around 9, 930 pm and they have hardly any food left. I understand you only serve lunch until 10pm but this shouldn't be an issue around 9pm if you advertise you serve until 10pm and close at 11pm. Your cooks have a full hour to clean up after your advertised lunch end time.Another issue is the cooks consistently mess up the order and i dont get the extra bacon i am paying for. Tonight was the last straw. This was supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch WRAP with out the bacon, bevaue again they were out before 10pm. Picture is of my wrap" keep in mind ita supposed to be ranch mot chipotle"

Worst tim Hortons, i have placed my mobile order 25 mins before and when i went inside to pick it they said sorry we are out of a special ingredient so we can't make your order, Why did they accepted my order at first place when they know they don't have that ingredient.....

Lady serving at the drive through window was rude. Rushed us through and as a result I'm missing a coffee and was given a burnt wrap.We received *part* of our order and I proceeded to check the bag to make sure everything I ordered was there, as most times, this Hortons location makes mistakes. We were still waiting for our third coffee while I was checking the bag.The server right away said we have to leave because there are vehicles waiting behind us. (Only two vehicles). I then said I'm just quickly checking to make sure it's all there and she said that she watched them make it, it's all there, get moving.My reply was a whatever". I finished checking the food and left without my complete order.Because she was rushing us through I'm Missing my third coffee that I paid for. And I had the delight of eating a Burnt farmers wrap. I guess she watched them burn that!It takes 5 seconds to check the order to make sure it's correct. And if that order is incorrect

We had potato bacon soup and a turkey bacon club sandwich. The food was delicious and the staff was very curteous. The restaurant was very clean.

SUPER SLOW drive-thru and horrible service with even worse food. From burnt sandwiches to wraps with no rice and bagels with a tiny smear pf cream cheese this particular location gets nothing right. A serious training session needs to happen with the staff here.

Just went through the drive thru and there is one car in the parking lot and one person in the store and they ask us to wait a minute we waited for 3-4 minutes ( no problem) 8:35 pm on a Friday night and they close at 10 pm. Looking for something to eat. They said the kitchen is closed All they had was doughnuts and muffins. Hoping for a soup or sandwich but no soup for you.. terrible and cold customer service and the wait time is sooooo long.

Good place for a quick bite in Manitoulin islands. This is the only tims available here. Good and friendly staff, we got our order quickly. Clean and hygienic washrooms. You will get everything from Tim's menu.
