We lost out propeller in the lake Saturday, called rough country just before closing time, they said they would wait for us to show up. I really appreciate that they didn't make a quick sale and send us out the door, but took the time to make sure we got what we needed and that it fit our boat properly. They did their best to get us back on the lake. Excellent customer service, excellent product knowledge. Thank you!

Another buisness that doesn't think covid laws apply to him!!No mask enforcement owner and cashier not wearing masks!Communities health obviously not important to him won't do his part. You are risking you're health by entering this buisness who knows what germs left behind by unmasked customers or owner or staff!! As other review says snobby attitude. Please use revy repairs on 4th street instead. They are doing there part to help keep community safe.

Rough Country is very well stocked with everything you need for sledding. The Suomy helmets they carry are the best lightweight sled head gear on the market. Klim sled gear is always top notch and the have a great selection.

This store doesn’t support pick up or drop services. I hope you better consider this before you purchase a snow blower at the store. If you don’t have proper vehicle for carrying snow blower under problem, I do not recommend this store. Last 3years service experience without carrier every winter was hard…

While I was on a 2000 mile solo motorcycle trip I had a few issues with my bike. Luckily for me I found Rough Country Marine in Revelstoke, BC. The owners Kevin and Kristie are really good people! I was back on the road in no time!
