When I'm paying for a service, I deserve the privilege of sitting in a cab that doesn't reek of smoke. Driving a cab is like any other job. We're not allowed to smoke indoors.

The services was professional and on the car ride was on time. The driver was pleasant and had a mask on. The driver advised me that they have several pick up destinations which I wasnt aware of. The drive was smooth and I felt safe especially in the snow. I would recommend this company to others and will be using them again.

Drivers are courteous and respectful cars are clean and well taken care off only flaw if your not using these cabs on the strip its gonna be a wait. Solution call an hour to 45 mins in advance. All in all great vibes and great experience rate 10 out of 10.

Poor taxi service- planned our journey so booked the taxi in advance, informed that we have a kid. Had to wait. Followed up once, the dispatcher promised that the taxi will be at the pickup point in any minute and had to wait for another 10 minutes, when called again the dispatcher started shouting.So if you like to experience such ill treatment, please book this taxi service in Markham.
