Small with lots of local history. The curator spent some time explaining some of the more interesting artifacts and even provided some traditional biscuits that one of the patrons make for the guests. Worth a stop for the local history.

Interesting little place, has a lot of different histories. Not the most incredible stuff, but they pack a lot of history in a small place. The people there are very, very nice and hospitable, and they provide coffee and oat cookies for free downstairs. I would definitely recommend stopping by; it's a great way to spend around half an hour to an hour.

Fantastic effort of locals with age and memory to offer a moving picture of the way immigrants from everywhere came to make a life in Sydney. Articles donated by the inhabitants with pride. Set in an old synagogue/house. Conversations with volunteers were a pleasure and a privilege.

Amazing collection of local history and artifacts. The tour guides were so knowledgeable about everything in the museum and shared many local stories and tales. A great place for locals, tourists and anyone who would like to learn about not only the history of Whitney Pier but also the surrounding areas.
