Junction Motors Service

While I love the sales department at this dealership, I am disappointed in the service department. As a non-smoker whose truck still smells like a new vehicle I took it in to the dealership for a new windshield, and my beautiful truck now smells like cigarette smoke instead. I called the service department, they left me a voice mail as I missed their call, I called back and here I am almost a week later with no resolution and they have not returned my last call. Disappointing.January 2019 - Another frustrating service department experience. Took truck in for a problem with the rear door was called and told there was no problem but they checked everything they could think of. Arrived to pick up vehicle and door instead of not closing now would not open. I went in the door frustrated they said yes during the day they had realized it was a problem and now ordered parts. Now I have to make arrangements to get vehicle back to service department - and getting a loaner when my vehicle is there seems to make scheduling more difficult. Good thing that overall I love my truck - and work is not often required.

The snarky little cross eyed witch at the counter is the least helpful person, even for a registry office. She makes you miss the efficiency of Casey Registries. Save yourself the time, and make the drive out to falher or Fairview.

Our vehicle broke down in front of Johnny's meats yesterday. We were very appreciative for how helpful the receptionist was in finding someone to give us a boost. A big thank you to the gentleman who walked up to help us so we could make it back home!

Very friendly staff. Took my truck in for a recall and the wait time was very short. Excellent service!

I did not feel welcomed and served with a tone that I felt uncomfortable with by the mechanic. I went in for an oil change at 3:00pm and finally done at 4:35pm. Then I had to wait for this guy to get off the phone while my vehicle was already to go. Then waited some more till he got the paper work ready. The town itself wasn't very welcoming for outsiders. Why put myself in that position again, next time I'll just go else where. I also had a clunking noise in the back wheel wells which make me question if I should have went there in the first place. My car has only 10,000km on it. I hope nothing is done to it!

Just in for an Oil Change on the work truck but they got me in short notice, took care of a recall I didn't know about and the service lady was super friendly to deal with. Will be taking my truck back there again for sure.
