Absolutely the worst place you could decide to order from. The waitresses are so ridiculously rude it sounds like they're from a TV sitcom. There's one that yells so loud at you, you're on the phone for 3 minutes and get a headache. They have awful customer service just screaming at you telling you youre wrong. I wanted to re order the proper things but i was terrified she was going to spit in it. Ended up not eating any of my food i had already received i completly lost all interest in the food and my appetite. I asked her to contact her boss as she continued stating im just a waitress i cant do anything" she would not contact her boss if her life depended on it. Ive never been so distraught

We had a great meal. They only have pick up at the moment (no eat in). It was really really good. One of the nicest schezwan I've ever had. You have to pick up from the drive thru window.

I give this place a no star. Customer service is poor. They Can't tell you the price of the food you order. The women on the phone was rude and got mad and told me she was to busy to tell me the price of what I ordered and hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend. Call if you want someone to get mad at you for ordering food and wanting to know the price. Sad business for keeping someone like that on the job.

Awesome food, quick and OK priced. Spare ribs are not that great, but they are still acceptable. Highly recommended. Just wish in restaurant dining would come back although I understand why.

I’m from out of town, up in kap for work. I look forward to getting Thong La’s. The food has never let me down however, the lady taking orders and working the drive through has a nasty attitude. Food is a 5 star, customer service would be a 0 if I could. Goes through 10 different moods while trying to pay. Hasn’t been the first time either.

Thong la was good typical chinese joint, only take out coz of covid, quick and easy call in and pick it up they have a drive thru window.

Went there for dinner... buffet was over, finishes around 7 PM, the restaurant looks a bit old but there are quite a variety on the menu. Had Mushroom egg drop soup and szechuan beef. Tonnes of veggi whoch was really good. Some of beef pieces tasted a bit funny but i didnt get sick so I guess it was ok. All in all good food and service.

The worst service ever had to come back because they missed to add a chicken fried rice. Not a very friendly place.The shrimp and peppers spilled all over inside the bag. They should update their packaging. Their almond soo guy greasy with 1 stinking almond. Really dissatisfied and their parking no visible signs .They did make amends by pitching in 3 free egg rolls. Sorry visitors can't recommend this one.

Just passing through town and was in the mood for some Chinese food. Thing La's did not disappoint, food was delicious! We did the dinner for two and there was plenty of food left over. The chicken balls were super crispy - which I loved. The staff were friendly when I called to order and when I picked the food up! Definitely recommend!

My combo 3 was good and flavourful. But was disappointed in the Wong ton soup. Some of the meat had a bad taste in My chow mein so it didn’t have much flavour. Delivery was great! Last time I ate here it was amazing this time not so good. Staff was super friendly tho!
