This is not a friendly place, we got a seasonal here and we brought our golden lace polish hen. She is domesticated and a service animal whom lives with us in our house. She has her own bed and romes around freely in the house. She would not leave our site and she is very well trained. The park supervisor Becky came over and told us that she could not be here and that we should have read the handbook and it says she cant be. I have read the handbook and it does not say anything like that. On page 7, 2.18, it says that the maximum of domesticated pets are 3. No where does it say anything about what kind of domesticated pets are allowed. We asked if we could put her in our trailer till we leave the next day and we would not bring her out till we leave, to compromise with Becky. She told us no and that we had to take her out right now, rudely and was quite demanding. We also told her that she helps calm down our daughters in laws anxiety and she said she doesn’t care and even if we had the paper to prove she was that she would not even let her come. She did not care what kind of paperwork we had, legally she can not refuse a service animal. This park needs a supervisor that has compassion and understanding, and someone who has better hospitality and compassion. We were treated poorly and unfairly even though we tried to compromise and did abide by all their laws for the campground. This woman made us feel horrible and I can only imagine how she treats other people. Very, VERY disrespectful and not a great place to stay, especially if you need accommodations of any kind.
