ELDOA @ Studio Shibui

Beautiful space, very welcoming, tea and snack and nice wood. And the Eldoa class was so good! The teacher spoke very clearly and she was personable. Highly recommend1

I’ve done some private classes at Shibui with Gina Giammarco and they’ve been great. The studio is welcoming, beautiful and super clean, and Gina is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. We do a mix of Pilates and ELDOA, and my body feels great! I can feel the improvement in my low back from addressing the muscle imbalances I had developed over the years. I’m looking forward to sampling different classes and continuing one-on-one work. Highly recommend!

This studio is beautiful and the classes and therapies offered are excellent. ELDOA is an incredible technique for anyBODY, and it truly helped my chronic back pain. Guelph is lucky to have this place!!
