Amazing experience! We were there for a birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it a wonderful celebration. Bill and Victoria surprised my little one with a special dessert. Bill was very attentive and checked in with us several times. We had a spill and the staff cleaned it right away and were very kind and understanding. Thank you for helping to make my little one's day so special!

I had not gone inside ordered and sat down at McDonald's in I want to say years. But I stopped into this location the other morning for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. First off the food is McDonald's so you're getting McDonald's and there's no shock or surprise to what you're getting. But I was happy to see that sitting down inside a McDonald's and enjoying your meal was still a thing. An interesting collection of parents kids and some seniors in their groups chatting away. The manager was walking around making sure the place was clean and checking in with some of his regulars to see how their day was going. Considering it's a large fast food chain I was happy to see it still had a vibe to it and there was actual humans inside living lives. Keep up the great work and the great atmosphere. The only reason you didn't get five stars is that there does not seem to be any window blinds so some of the seats you had to avoid or you would be baking in the Sun.

It's McDonald's. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's busy with issues. Would you expect less from fast food? Never had to wait long and always had my order corrected. I also visit with my son and had a manager give us an extra toddler toy.

I haven’t dined inside, but the drive through is so fast and efficient compared to others in the area. I stop often on my way to work. I’ve always had friendly service.

Online order, Drive thur pick up with missing item, again.. not the first time, 8 item and can give 6. Go into the store and talk to them, didn't check my order in system, missing a Qualter pounder BLT and Junior chicken. And back home check, the qualter pounder blt get wrong item, chicken blt.Terrible management, wrong or missing order all the time. Is it this is the way to do business these days?

Very bad service. I order dine in. They gave the food in take out bag. We even waited inside the dining area. I asked them why did they bring the food in a bag I asked for dine in. He just shook his shoulder and left. Not even apologize their mistakes. I went with my kids and we have to place the food on the bare table with out tray. They not even cleaning the tables. Person who brought us the food is look like manager.

Needed a cheat day meal. Got the double quarter with large fries and a kitkat mcflurry. They completed all of my special order things on my burger. Fries were nice and hot and my ice cream was delicious. A young man with a j delivered my food to me in the pickup and he was very polite. Overall great experience

It's a fast food restaurant, I get it. But, when you have a system where you ask your customers to take a table number and we'll bring it to your table, and the proceed to holler the customers number and then there food items, throughout the restaurant, it then becomes extremely distasteful and you start to question the staff supervisor's position and leadership.The food was alright, best part was the fries were hot and fresh.

Ordered an iced coffee - JUST an iced coffee. Watched the girl make it. She put it on the ready counter right in front of me. Then I proceeded to wait 15 minutes before some other guy gave it to me. And the floor manager was there the whole time and couldn't contain this mess. You ask me? Every manager and supervisor here should be fired and replaced with competent leadership to whip this team into shape.
