Was told to go here as preferred autobody shop. Terrible attitude and bad manners. I have taken my vehicles there before. No more.Reported them to my insurance company and went elsewhere where I got car fixed temporarily within minutes so it was drivable vs these folks who did not have sense of professionalism from the person who attended to me to the sour lady behind the desk. A smile and courtesy can get you a long way.

Excellent service from these folks. Special thanks to the person who exceeded my expectations by cleaning my interior covered in dog hair.

My brand new Toyota 4Runner was rear ended a few weeks ago. I was really lucky that I was advised by my Toyota dealership in Burlington to take the truck for repair to CSN Cars Auto Collision in Burlington.The experience of service was highly professional, caring and ethical. Especially I want to give a special thank you to Andrew who is the estimates manager and the principal operations in charge. The work quality was exceptional and the work was done promptly, time commitments were fully met and the the vehicle looked as if it just came out of the showroom. Thank you CSN Team you are great.

There is a really good reason why these guys are CAA approved. They are awesome! I recently bought a used car and there was a little issue with my front bumper. There was a broken clip and the bumper was sticking out a little bit. I did not want to spend a lot of money on it because it's a used car I was hoping for an easy fix. When I went in the staff was very friendly, and I asked about various options.I am so lucky, I was dealing with Dave Sinasac.In less than 10 minutes it was fixed, it looks immaculate, it was incredibly affordable and exactly what I was looking for. I'm so grateful! Now I heard Dave moved to a different location. I will be sure to look him up if I have any Collision needs in the future.Highly recommend this shop in Burlington as well as Dave's new location @ Assured on Barton in Hamilton.Thanks, Dave!

I recently had a terrible thing happen. I own a specialty sports car and while it was stored for the winter a set of summer tires stacked in the garage fell over. The tires struck my motorcycle parked beside my sports car causing the motorcycle to fall over into my car. While there was no damage to the bike and the damage to my car at first seemed minor, it was in a very difficult area to repair affecting the hood, fender and door of the car. Complicating matters, my car has an aluminum hood and fenders which requires specialized repair and paint methods. I was heart broken.I took it to CARS where the owner Fab Diluca assured me the car would be returned in perfect condition". Fab went on to say CARS has a specialized aluminum repair and paint shop as part of their operations. When I picked up my car I inspected it with a fine tooth comb and Fab was right - it was absolutely perfect. The paint match was spot on and I would defy anyone to see an imperfection. Adam

Excellent work and service! Everyone went above and beyond to repair and restore my car. It looked better than before the accident. They are very professional, fast and experts.I hope I will never need to call them again but if I do, I am very confident in their work.

They are a great group of people. From the front office staff to the estimator. I was in an accident and they made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. They kept me up to date on my repairs. And the quality of the repairs were amazing. Very good workmanship. My car looks new.

CSN Cars is a preferred service provider for my insurance company. As this was an accident claim I decided to take it here as the work is warrantied for as long as I own the vehicle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the work that was done looks great! They initially told me they needed my vehicle for 8 days but it was done in under 6 days, including the weekend, which I was grateful for. I cannot comment on the value component of the service as my insurance company was paying so I did not have multiple quotes for the repairs. Overall I am very satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would give this business a negative star rating if possible. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but the interaction with the staff and management concluded in the most unprofessional customer service ever! Shameful and pathetic... go spend your money elsewhere.

I recently purchased (privately) a used Corolla LE that was in need of some body work. I asked Toyota Burlington if they recommend any body shops in particular and Cars was the recommendation. I followed up by getting several quotes including one from Cars. I was astounded by the range in prices, Cars being by far the highest and they wanted to keep the car for 18 days. I chose to go with another local shop on the recommendation of a friend and this happened to be the lowest of 5 quotes. That shop had the car for 2 weeks and went above and beyond my expectations. The result is that I have a virtually brand new car for $5000 less than Cars wanted and I got it back a week sooner than Cars predicted. Cars also qualified their estimate by saying that the actual price could be higher than the estimate. The shop I chose came in right on the money. Bottom line: Shop around and exercise EXTREME caution when getting estimates, particularly from Cars. I am so disgusted with my experience with Cars that I will be sharing it every chance I get. Way to do business guys.
