With the help of Wendy Gates the store sales representative / Manager buying multiple pieces for my aging mother Wendy was very helpful she is very knowledgeable in requirements for aging people with lost of mobility and dementia, not only helpful she is patient, and readily available to help. I did not feel pressured to buy and she did not make me feel rushed when I asked her to explain a few times as this is all new to me. When we needed to move my mother in a retirement quicker than originally expected which was extremely difficult for her, the store manager personally delivered the chair to avoid having to wait a longer period of time for delivery because the delivery crew were so busy.I highly recommend Motion not only for their high-quality merchandise but also for their assistance and great help from the personnel.

December 29th we had a great experience with service technician Quinton. He serviced all scheduled repairs to my daughters power wheelchair and then patiently and competently dealt with severaladditional problems she had . We were very impressed with his excellent customer service!

We visited this location specifically to view a model of a folding lightweight power wheelchair for my mother. Wendy spent a lot of time with us explaining how the chair operated, offering suggestions for possible alternatives and helping us navigate the Ontario ADP. We could not have asked for a better customer representative. Although I have yet to purchase anything for my mother, if you are looking for information, I highly recommend you speak with Wendy. She's the best!

They take too long in fixing proplems and addressing client needs. Parts come in and they don't call or you receive wrong parts all together. New wheelchair has become broken very fast or having whole bolts fall off. The chair doesn't suit the client.The disabled have to suffer because of incompetence. Horrible customer service all around.

Motion was really there for me today! I had an issue that was difficult to diagnose, but - before I knew it there were three specialists looking under my chair and consulting on the problem! As you can read by the multiple bad reviews if you haven't gotten the point yet this company has gotten really bad. My wife has called a couple of times over the past 2 weeks and NOBODY EVER RETURNS YOUR CALLS These incompetent people are in the business of improving the mobility and quality of life for the most vulnerable people who are forced to stay home because they couldn't be bothered to fix the equipment they sell SHAME and I thought we were a country that took care of its people WRONG

Nicholas the technician was excellent. Took the time to inspect the issue with my wife's wheelchair. Took it for a test run figured out the issue related the issue to us and also helped in fixing the chair. Great job.

I bought my father an electric chair last week and Wendy gave us the most amazing service. She did not remember this but I did call her in November 2022 from Vancouver about getting information about the electric chairs. She spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and send me an email. She was professional and gave me so much information. Once I was ready last week and in town, she helped my father and I. My father was able to find the perfect chair and he loves it. Thank you Wendy!P.S. Thank you Alex who picked up the phone to get everything set-up before my father and I arrived!

Made an emergency call this morning for repair to our son's power chair backrest.Nicholas came this afternoon and made extreme efforts to repair the part and came up with a temporary solution until a more permanent fix can be made next week.Your tenacity and willingness to do all you could to make the chair usable is much appreciated!
