They do not answer their phones and you cannot leave a message. In addition when you try to cancel your appointment by way of their email with 48 hours notice there is no reply and they proceed to charge your credit card. When you try to contact them, again the only way is email, they do not respond! Poor Poor customer service. I recommend you find another place!

Best place in town for mens’ personal grooming services. Doug and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and give honest advice about what does, and doesn’t look good. I’ve been going to Manscape for about 4 years and recommend it to my guy friends. The location is convenient (also being right downtown) and parking is never a big hassle. This is a great place for local and tourist guys who want to treat themselves or just to get a touch up in their waxing, skin care or in need a professional massage.
