Glow Up Medi Spa

I had the pleasure of finding out about Alexa through a google search and I'm so glad I did. She is awesome. I called her up and we chatted on the phone I was looking for a facial package to target wrinkles and signs of aging and on the phone after a few questions she suggested Micro needling. I made an appointment with her for later that day. I got to her house, her spa is a home based business and its a beautiful set up, she made me feel relaxed and at home as soon as I walked in, the fact that she has 2 lovely little cats is a bonus :)We sat down and discussed the options and treatments and she fully explained after meeting me and seeing my face that micro needling would be a commitment of around 5 sessions and if I wasn't able to commit then 1 session would just be a waste of my money. So instead of taking my money without care, we discussed further and as I wasn't willing to fully commit she offered me an alternative which was $100 less and it gave me time to decide. She could've easily just taken my $250 and I would have been none the wiser. She took the time to discuss skin care with me and really educated me on the different product's I should be using and recommended products that are very affordable. For Alexa skincare is a passion not a money making project she genuinely cares about your skin and your results. The treatment she ended up doing was a microdermabrasion and other things which included steam and jelly masks and lights. After she worked her magic I have to say my face is glowing and my skin feels amazing even a few of my lines have blurred. I will definitely go back to see Alexa and I can highly recommend her. She has a great fun personality and is totally professional, her salon is spotless. I cant say enough about how pleased I am to have found her and her knowledge.

Booked an appointment out of curiosity and I ended up really enjoying the experience! She makes sure you are well taken care of and goes above and beyond in making sure you are taken care of. She gives you advice and it's clear that she has your skin's best intentions! Would 100% recommend her!

Alexa is a true professional! She knows of what she speaks to, and is always guiding the client in the best direction. Her attentiveness to my individual skincare needs-a young 56 ;) was a refreshing experience-not once did I feel that she was trying to ‘sell’ me a product. I felt relaxed and completely trusted her opinions. I will absolutely trust my skin to Alexa moving forward!

I recently had a facial treatment at Glow Up Medi Spa and it was a fantastic experience. The aesthetician - Alexa was knowledgeable, attentive, and really took the time to customize the treatment to my specific skin concerns. My skin felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards, and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. Overall, I highly recommend this spa and their facial treatments especially the one I had called “All I want is Everything “.

She always checked to make sure the I was safe and at ease. I am quite pleased with the service received. Without a doubt, I would return. Highly recommend!!!!!

I really enjoyed my experience with Alexa. I had derma-planing and facial. She was awesome and made the experience comfortable and relaxing. Her place is clean and you can tell she takes what she does with a lot of professionalism while also enjoying it. Definitely would go back.

I booked an appointment not knowing what was the best treatment for my face and Alexa took the time to called me before the appointment to figure out together. She took the time to explain to me step-by-step how to take care of my skin better. After my first appointment I could tell she really knows what she’s doing, I would let her do whatever she wants to my face.

Alexa was super detailed with her consultation prior to the treatment which I wasn't expecting. I had the glow facial treatment and it made my skin feel so smooth and soft. The facial massage was also a stunning 5 star. I highly recommend Alexa!
