The group at KV helped me design an efficient heating system for my house and the on-site crew was fast and professional.

If there was an option for zero stars this company would receive just that. I had a terrible experience with this firm. Work covered by warranty cost 1385.24. Employee came in the morning dropped his bag outside and promptly escaped to our garage for hours ( from 10 -12 ish) stating he had forgotten tools. Ran numerous times (excess of 7 times ) to the washroom. He then completely disappeared to return after 5 p.m. and picked up his bag. I expressed to him at the time I had thought he had left. He said he had somewhere to go and hopped in the van. It was only after that my husband realized his car battery charger was gone and a few other things. I had used them prior to this and it was satisfactory. I will never use their services again and DO NOT recommend them. Heat pump was supplied to the builder by KV Electrical. KV Electrical markings - logo and telephone number on a white sticker - attached to the unit . Information / Troubleshooting Booklet supplied by the buildernoted make , model and KV Electrical contact number.

Do not support work done, almost impossible to get response from. Paid over $3700 to repair deducted heat pump (furnace) still no heat after 10 months. Repairs done in Oct. 2022.In response to their reply, I reported the problem at my issue at the beginning of Dec. I left messages for 2 weeks and had to threaten litigation in the week before Christmas.

We had a major electrical update and new installation from KVS Electrical and they did an amazing job! Highly recommended.
