Very bad experience… first of all your own risk is at least 900 euros to rent a scooter (which seems like a lot when you’re not used to the Italian way of driving). But secondly, after we rented a scooter and I made a small test drive they decided that my driving skills were not good enough for Italian roads. Never heard that before when renting a scooter, but okay… what was less okay was that we did not get a single penny back! Even though we didn’t rent the scooter for more than a few minutes! The owner of the shop said that he could not refund any money because he had spent the full 60 euros already on insurance - which is nonsense - he would not make any profit when he’d really do that. Very disappointed and totally advise tourists not used to the Italian way of driving against coming to this place

Ho acquistato una voge brivido 125 per mio figlio è siamo contentissimi, abbiamo ricevuto cortesia ed esperienza nell'acquisto ed inoltre ho avuto assistenza per la mia honda nc 750x per un problema.Cosa dire contentissimo lo consiglio come venditore ed assistenza

Ho ordinato un Beverly 400. Trattativa molto appagante con un venditore gentile e moltoProfessionale .Dopo pochi giorni ho cambiato idea e , richiamato dal vecchio amore per la motocicletta, ho acquistato un diverso mezzo (bmw 850).Avevo versato un acconto per L acquisto del Beverly ma non avevo nemmeno pensato di chiedere la restituzione dell acconto stesso poiché, trattandosi di caparra confirmatoria, davo per scontato di dovervi giustamente e giuridicamente rinunciare.Ma il venditore mi ha telefonato ricordandomi che avevo versato un acconto e che tale acconto mi sarebbe stato restituito poiché “ loro non intendevano guadagnare in quel modo”.CHE DIRE? Rara onestà e correttezza, professionalità, serietá.

We experienced really bad customer service here. Had rented two Vespas weeks in advance, but when we arrived we were told they had none because two (or three, they first said two, then three…) had crashed (!). We were not informed of this before we arrived, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. But now we were forced to rent one scooter that was not a Vespa plus pay a lot more to rent a big Vespa that was “superior” (and the only Vespa they had). We asked if we could have these two for the original price, because we were not informed of this change (and we had dreamt about riding Vespas in Italy for many years) but that was completely out of the question. We ended up going somewhere else to rent Vespas, but we lost a good portion of our vacation time traveling to the shop and discussing with the owner for nothing. Only plus is the lady in the reception was very nice and understanding, but of course could do nothing for us.
