I have lost track of how long I have been going to Lindsey!She takes her trade seriously, and applies her own continuous learning to supporting me as her patient. Lindsey provides a comfortable space and listens to the context of her patients (lifestyle, work situation, pain, etc.) to build a treatment plan - integrating movement, stretches, and even breathwork into our sessions - all of which support my ongoing pain management, improved body dynamics, and overall better health. Although she can provide relaxation massages, she is under utilized here as her forte is 'getting the kinks out' of my trouble zones and coaching me on preventative measures and techniques that can support my overall health.I highly recommend LP Therapy!

I have been seeing Lindsey for years. I have had my fair share of injuries and problems that have caused me reduced mobility and high levels of pain throughout my life...and through all the medical professionals I've seen Lindsey is the only person who was able to find some root causes and get me living a happier, more active life!Before I saw Lindsey I could barely walk up stairs or move..now I can do things I hadn't been able to do since I was a teenager!If it wasn't for Lindsey I wouldn't be able to continue my career as a mechanic..she is a miracle worker!!!

Lindsey cares for the whole person. She considers the symptoms and then looks for root causes, which can be more than muscle issues. Treating the entire musculoskeletal system through breathing and gradually increasing core and local strengthening exercises is a critical component of her therapy.Lindsey explains everything and has a great anatomy app that shows exactly what she's working on. In addition she offers a physical environment that is relaxing and stress relieving. The exercises to do at home are effective, as are other resources she recommends. She always researches new treatments and integrates them to help your body and mind.You'll be in good hands.
