I used to clean my house and office by myself. I was getting tired of always having a mess on my hands. Many thanks to Marlene from Just Clean It Quality Home Solutions. They have excellent customer service and excellent prices as well.

My words are not enough to express how disappointed i am with this company. I spoke to a lady (owner ) about getting my 3 bedroom house cleaned because i had a meetings with some investment partners the next day. I needed the floors, blinds and bathrooms cleaned. she told me it will cost $320 for 4 hours, i said to her the last person charged me $220 to clean it. she said ok but she charge $240 for 3hrs, i agreed to pay $240 for 3hrs.That weekend two men instead of three people came to my house 2 hrs late, the one man asked me to show him what i needed cleaned, i showed him the bathrooms, floors and blinds, then he said to me that 3 hours will not get the job done and that it will take both of them 4 hours. I was a bit shocked but i needed the house cleaned so i agreed to pay them $320 to clean the house.I went outside, converse with few neighbours before i started cutting the grass. The same cleaning guy called me inside to tell me that 4 hours will not do the job anymore and it will take 5 hrs which will cost me $400 now to finish the job. I said to him that ridiculous, why did you tell me 4 hours in the first place and now you're saying 5 hours.Long story short they cleaned the family room floor and blinds, wiped down the kitchen countertop and cabinets , the bathrooms were not cleaned properly because i showed him afterward, he said my bad i will clean it again" he came back wipe it down and still was not cleaned properly. I took a scrub and cleaned it in front of him.Anyways they left without cleaning the upstairs bedrooms floor and blinds

I have had Just Clean It Quality Home Solutions twice now and my partner are very impressed and happy with the service! We will definitely continue using them for their monthly service. Very happy to have found them and tried them out!

Wow! Just Clean It is fabulous. They do an amazing job and it is such great value. We just hired Andrew to clean our office space once a month because he just does such a great job. So happy with just clean it and would absolutely recommend to anybody looking for a new cleaning service.

The cleaners were polite and focused on cleaning baseboards and doors, as well as tops of cupboards. However, I will never use this service again. I have three small bedrooms and a small bathroom on the second floor which totals under 200 square feet after three hours with two men cleaning they still hadn't finished! They hadn't even vacuumed half my bedroom. Unbelievable! Slow as molasses which is what another review also stated. They started cleaning at 1245 and still hadn't finished my main floor at 6:30 p.m. I asked them to leave at that point. $542 later. They didn't even remove the garbage bags from the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. I had pre-cleaned the bathrooms before they got here and yet one man must have spent at least 30 minutes in my main floor bathroom which was cleaned before they got here. They have a 24 hour guarantee but I couldn't be bothered having them back in my house. My advice..save your money and spend a full day cleaning your house yourself.Terrible customer service. Very defensive in replies! I'm not sure how this company received so many good reviews. Perhaps they have friends write them.

This company is not professional and I would not recommend them for any cleaning services at all. I hired them to do a move in clean at the standard 4 hours for 3 people at $40 per cleaner ($480 pre-tax). They said they would be there at 2:30pm and I got a text at 1pm saying they would be there between 3-3:30pm instead and I said okay no problem. At 2:13pm I get a text saying “we’re here”. I was in the middle of grocery shopping and had to cancel my lunch and rush over to the house to let them in.They worked from 3pm to 8:30pm unsupervised and they didn’t even complete the main floor. This house was already clean it just needed a once over (clean the kitchen, vacuum the floors, dusting, spot clean the walls and wipe down the light switches). In 19.5 hours of work at $650 they didn’t complete the kitchen or pantry or the powder room and not the main bathroom shower…When I called them they made excuses and said my husband directed them to clean other areas instead but apart from SOME windows and the oven which was not sparkling I literally couldn’t tell you what they cleaned. The entire lower floor and upstairs were not touched. I find it impossible 3 people were unable to clean an empty house that was mostly dusty in 6.5 hours. Absolute robbery and I am led to think the positive reviews were from other staff. Please look at the reviews on homestars. Much more reflective of the service I received “slow as molasses”.The owners response to my review is inaccurate as I was on site and spoke directly to the supervisor about following the checklist and he offered carpet cleaning add-ons to which I replied no let’s do the basic move-in service and then we can go from there. Cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms was part of what my husband asked and that wasn’t done. I think the pictures speak for themselves the quality of work is substandard.

I really loved the way they worked to clean my house. Very thorough and professional.I wanted to give 6-star ratings but Google doesn't have more than 5-star rating.I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to have a professional cleaning services.

I have to say Just Clean It saved our day. I was in need for a thorough (and I mean a legitimate) deep, deep clean service for a place that was left in dire shape, and was in need of some real help. I indicated that I needed the place cleaned as soon as possible (on a Friday afternoon haha) and to my surprise the team wasn't hesitant and offered to come out on Saturday morning!We did a walk through before and after the cleaning was done to make sure I was happy with everything (and to be honest they exceeded my expectations).
