Air Bounce Inflatables & Party Rentals

Rented a tent in May along with tables and chairs for my Daughter's engagement party. I added on a table and table cloth. They forgot the extra table cloth so they had to bring it, last minute. Good thing I didn't just trust what was in the bag. When they came to pick up the tent, they left behind 2 pieces. I drove out to Ancaster several days later to return them since no one came back to pick them up. I ordered tables and chairs yesterday for Christmas and today I want to cancel my order due to the cost of delivery being $20 more than in May. ( The invoice breakdown wasn't explained to me and I didn't look at it until I got home ). Today, one day later, I was told that must have been an error in May and that I got a bonus and that they will have to still charge me a deposit!!! One day people. Really?Plus a gas fee of $5, which I was told was as described as such on the invoice. No, just says fees. Perhaps taking the time to explain would help them review. The messages on the bottom of the invoice are also very pointed and could definitely be worded better so as not to offend the customer. I'm quite disappointed since I drove out there because I was satisfied with the service I received from the set up and pick up crew in May. I will be getting all of my rentals in the future from Complete Rentals close to me. I have several events next year. This will be the last time I will be renting from this company. Poor customer service especially a good repeat customer.

The curved water slide was dope! The kids went down it at least 50 times during a birthday party. I managed to go down it a few times myself!Having it for the entire weekend was an incredible value

I have never felt the need to publicly post a review regardless of how poor an experience was until now.We had an inflatable rented for the weekend of Saturday, October 29, 2022 for my son's 3rd birthday. When my wife initially called, she requested a the backhoe inflatable. They asked her if we had one outdoor receptacle and she advised that we did. The backhoe was booked.Approximately a week or so before the event, my wife received a call advising that the backhoe was no longer available. It had sustained some damage. My son is of that age where he is obsessed with backhoes and this one looked quite fun. As a replacement, she was offered a Jump (dump) truck inflatable at the full price of $457.65. One would think that at this point, the company would offer a courtesy discount for the inconvenience of not getting what we initially ordered. What they also do not mention at the time is that this inflatable requires receptacles on two different circuits.The inflatable is delivered at approximately 4 pm on the Friday before the weekend. I am not home. My wife calls me and tells me there is a problem - the installation team tells her for the first time that two receptacles on two circuits are required. I have to abruptly leave an appointment to address the issue. I determine that the only way to power the fans that inflate the inflatable is to run one of the cables into my home through a open window. Minor inconvenience I guess, but it would have been nice for someone to tell us in advance.After the weekend (on either Monday or Tuesday), I call and leave a message asking someone to call me back to discuss the issues. No one calls me.I get an email asking to provide a review. I fill it out - again outlining the problems and provide my contact information - but once again, no call back.Today, I called again and spoke to Kathy I dont need to provide you with my last name". Kathy told me that she was the person to speak to if I had any concerns. She confirmed that she was (at least one of) the decision makers on whether a discount would be provided. She told me that she has no record of the above which suggested to me that she thought that I was not being truthful. She refused to provide any discount or credit going forward.Am I being petty? Some people may think that. It probably all could have been resolved with an earlier return phone call and an apology. Maybe even a small credit going forward. I live in a neighbourhood with around 30 children who have rented inflatables in the past and given my son's age

We got the Star Wars castle for my nephews Bday and it was amazing ! the team of people at this company are also amazing and made this experience super easy AND they are so helpful and friendly too ! Since Covid started customer service has gone down the drain and ABI&PR re instilled my faith lol THANKS !!!!

Rented clean tables and chairs for a baby shower. Fastest service I've ever had with a company. Delivered right to my door. Affordable planning made easy. Will recommend.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! BOTH DELIVERY & OFFICE STAFFI have had to events back to back.... an engagement party & wedding to set up for in less then 3 months apart!!Everything I ordered for both occasions was delivered on time, very polite and professional drivers.The office staff was amazing, fun to deal with! I had to call and change my order so many times and they were super accommodating without treating me like an idiot.I WILL ALWAYS ALWAYS USE AIR BOUNCE INFLATABLES.AMMMMMMMMMAZING PEOPLE.

This was my second time renting from Air Bounce and I'd do it again I'm a heartbeat. Both rentals - the crazy air man and large inflatable with slide were provided on time. I especially love that you can pay for a 1 day rental and keep your inflatable for the weekend - helllooooo 3 day birthday! My kids LOVED the inflatable, the adults loved the inflatable. It was clean, the delivery staff and pick up staff were quick and efficient. Customer service was fabulous even when I changed my type of inflatable after booking. They were quick and efficient to answer all of my questions. I can't wait for next summer. The kids are already asking to rent again!

I have dealt with this company for several years now, and have always had EXCELLENT service. From dealing with their VERY knowledgeable and friendly office staff, to communicating with the delivery drivers, the whole process is smooth as silk. Every time we order, our delivery driver calls us the day before our event to confirm all the details, and arrange a rough delivery time, then, the day of the event, he calls with a more accurate time, which is always the latest he will be, and he is often earlier than that. He works with us to make sure our every party need is taken care of. I wouldn't dream of going with any other company for my party needs. Friendly staff, Great selection, Great price, Great service. 10/10 in my books

* The low rating is due to poor customer service. From not being able to answer questions about renting a foam machine to telling me that they would not be able to call me regarding the time of delivery because “things get too crazy there”. They also stated that if no one was home to receive the rental, they would take it back to the store and charge me the full amount of the contract. So because of this, I would’ve had to take a day off of work to be home for the delivery as I don’t have anyone else available to be there. Frustratingly inconvenient for me, but I don’t think they cared much. They just kept referring me back to the contract that stated that the item would be delivered sometime during the day. Also, no one offered an emergency number that I could contact incase I had a problem with the foam machine as it arrived on a Friday and was being picked up on a Monday. I had to call them and ask for that before delivery.*I had no issue with the actual delivery itself. Nick called me in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He even offered his number incase I had an issue with the machine. I was also able to return to work afterwards. Thanks Nick.*The foam party was amazing. We all had a great time and there was lots of foam for everyone. The machine worked perfectly and I was able to leave it in a specified area so that I didn’t have to wait around for pick up.
