Everytime we get a delivery half of it is missing or wrong and when we receive the replacements those are also wrong. My son is also suppose to be hooked up 8 pm but most of the time we don't receive his medication tell 9-10pm. Which isn't good my son needs this medication on time to continue to be healthy. This company is messing with my sons health and we are fed up.

May you never have to have the displeasure of caring for a terminally ill loved one and be dependent on the services of Calea.The internal team does not speak to each other, it seems. You give information to one, and the critical details are lost in the process.They have lost medication requests, forgotten items, and delivered to wrong address even after I followed up with them by phone three times in 48 hours to confirm they had the right address and contact information. (We live in Etobicoke — they went to Aurora!)Truly, they make the job of caregivers and healthcare teams 10x more stressful and difficult.

Very Bad Service.I'm not sure how they get affiliate with @FordNation Govt Health Care and How they get renewals. Deliveries never been on time, Schedule was 1:30 pm. Called service/pharmacy at 1:30 and been told that driver should be here any minute. Called again at 3:15 and told me that delivery in 1 hr.Talked to delivery guy told me that she started at 1:30 so how it could be delivered.Nurse left without bandages because delivery is late by 5 hours.I wish I could give -ve 7⭐s.

Horrible, incompetent, lazy, do not follow Dr instructions, could've poisoned my mom with the advice they gave about her medication. A nurse took a nap on our couch while my mom was hooked up to the IV. called 5 min before arriving. Management did nothing except say sorry we can only try to do better" I asked everyday for the nurses to be scheduled to come in the morning when my mom was strongest 3 out of the 10 days was that done. The medication was to be administered 1 every 24 hours only done 3 out of the 10 days. These nurses shouldn't be taking care of humans they should only treat animals the way they treated my was like she was a piece of meat they could put on and take out of the refrigerator. I feel sorry for the elderly people that don't have someone to speak for them while having these "nurses take care" of them. When you call you never know who you’re talking to or which department you’re being transferred to."

Was suppose to receive much needed supplies today (Aug 20) for my nurse Tomorrow and yet here I sit at 11 pm with NO supplies. Not sure how nurse will dress my wounds tomorrow if she comes before supplies do! And I called twice with a guarantee of a delivery by today!

These people have no idea what they’re doing. We require IV antibiotics for our 7 month old daughter. They sent the wrong type of infusion bags for the CADD pump. Despite calls by our nurse and by myself, they delivered the correct bags over an hour late for the next antibiotic dose. The PICC line used for the CADD pump started to likely have debris from no infusion ongoing and was getting blocked. By then it was late evening but thankfully our nurse talked us through what to do. Additionally, they sent us someone else’s medication, which is a lethal controlled substance. READ THE LABELS, CHECK EVERYTHING, THEY MAKE A LOT OF MISTAKES.Additionally, they sent us way too many unnecessary supplies. I suspect it is to bill more money to the government to increase their profits.We will be reporting all of this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Guaranteed time of delivery for 6:30pm so my mom was discharged from hospital. Was called back and told 7pm, still okay. No delivery by 7:30pm so I called back and was advised they were just put on the truck. I said I would pick them up as they are needed ASAP but was advised they were gone. 9:30pm call from pharmacist asking if mom had allergies and they were just putting together the IVs medications. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Worst experience ever. I’m out of surgery since 3 days waiting for the medical package and they did not deliver yet. The package is intended to clean my wounds. The nurse visited me and couldn’t do anything without the package. Very careless and unreliable especially with a health issue. 2 times got the address wrong and promising to deliver without fulfilling the promise.

My wife was supposed to receive her antibiotics at 8pm April 1st 2021 the pharmacist phoned me that this medication needs anEAP form signed by the physician before he can dispense it otherwise it will cost me $4000.00 unfortunately the doctor could not be reached and they could not dispense the drug until they get paid . Luckily I gave them my insurance number and finally they released the medication for 3 doses and we received it around 10.30pm there is no reason to decline the patients medication that needs it ASAP because of payments they could have sorted it out once they got in touch with the physician after Easter weekend . Disappointed with the mother company Fresenius Kabi !!!!!!

Extremely unhelpful and often rude staff. Staff are unable to assist you with finding suitable products unless you provide an item number that they can readily enter. Calls to discuss billing problems are forwarded to a voicemail and not returned. No sense of accountability to customers throughout the organization.
