I have used Tyler at Big S Refrigeration several times in the last couple of months for a variety’s of plumbing issues. Tyler has always been prompt, friendly and has explained things so i could understand! On a couple of occasions Tyler squeezed me in even though he was quite busy ! My hot water tank broke in the middle of night on a weekend. I ended up noticing it early in the morning and contacted Tyler. He was very prompt and professional and had the old system out and the new system in within a couple of hours from the phone call. His price was by far the best value from each place we contacted.

So grateful for Tyler! He’s helped us with nearly every issue we’ve had (furnace, a/c, fireplace, lighting, fountain, dishwasher, etc) however he doesn’t hesitate to recommend other experts if it falls outside of his expertise. Tyler’s knowledge is unparalleled and there is no one I trust and respect more. Such a relief knowing we can just call Big S and we’ll be in good hands.
