Excellent service...took it in Friday evening. Crashed HD. Almost all data recovered, new SSD in and picked up Sunday afternoon. Nobody does that!

Awesome experience, I called ahead and was immediately able to drop off my laptop. On drop off I was attentively listened to and was quoted an estimate and necessary repair explained to me. The next day I got a call that I was ready to pickup at the estimated price. Great experience, and will be back with any other repairs

Let me start this review off by saying I'm blown away by how helpful and kind Jimmy is.My interaction started off with me inquiring about a 15.6 laptop screen. Jimmy let me know he had a few on hand and when I went in to pick one up; I wasn't really paying attention to the connectors. Took one home

Had my laptop ready when he said he would for the price he quoted. Super easy!
