The awesome people at this farm supply one of our favorite local seafood bars with some of the best oysters on the Olympic Peninsula. From Captain Cookers that are large and perfect for baking to Quilcene Selects which are the perfect amount of salty and go really well with yummy mignonettes or perfectly in oyster shooters. Wow, so many choices and you really can’t go wrong. Try them out and find your flavor. Who knew there were so many?

Their oysters and clams are incredibly delicious - best I've ever had - I increased my oyster order after the first week. Their shellfish is so fresh they keep well over a week, probably more but it's so yummy it doesn't make it long in my household. Not to mention, they are also the nicest people ever.

Johnson & Gunstone is hands down our favorite for clams and oysters! Not only is the quality incredible, but the farm is multi-generation family owned and the staff are helpful and kind.

Called this place with an out of area code and the conversation was so unprofessional. Chuckling and asking why I’m calling. Obviously a potential customer. If the number for your business isn’t for business purpose, perhaps you need a business phone. They don’t have a store front atm but suggested Poulso for their product. I did my research on all available platform for their business to validate that they have the product that they advertise but the number calling probably threw them off.

J & G consistently provide us with great shellfish; we love making pasta with their delicious Manila Clams, and their oysters are really excellent with a drop of soy sauce. Product is always really fresh, clams are super clean.
