My experience with this company was negative. Poor communication and inefficient.

Very professional and friendly company. We had a very large maple tree to remove where its branches were hanging over the house. The crew showed up on time & cleaned up as they went. They covered our septic system with large rubber mats to avoid any damage when cutting down the large tree. They also used ropes to secure the tree branches as they fell so they wouldn’t hit the house. Overall, very pleased with them! Would highly recommend them!

So very unprofessional. One of their trucks was parked in front of my entire driveway. I went looking for an employee to move it as I had to leave in 20 minutes but couldn’t find anyone. I called the number on the truck and left a voicemail asking for the truck to be moved, and went inside to finish getting ready. The truck was still there when I needed to leave, so I called again and my call was declined. I received a text stating “sorry I can’t talk right now.” I replied to the text and said I wasn’t happy about the truck being in front of my driveway and that I needed to leave. I had to drive across my front lawn to get out through my neighbors driveway. None of that is why I am angry.I am angry because the owner then felt the need to send me nasty texts blaming ME. He was too busy to talk, yet sent me multiple long, rude texts. Telling me that I was nasty. Saying I should have went to find someone to move it, and that his wife was onsite but didn’t see me looking for anyone. That doesn’t change the fact that I WAS looking for someone. All he needed to do was have his team move the truck and all would have been well. No one should have been parked there in the first place and it is not my responsibility to go up and down my street looking for someone to move it, even though I did!! He claimed I should have heard them working outside so it was my fault that I waited so long to look for them to move. Just because I hear you working outside doesn’t mean I know someone is blocking my entire driveway. He was just so rude and unprofessional.

DC Family Tree service is a great contractor. We called them on a Tuesday for pruning and shaping if 2 lilac bushes and they did a great job 3 days later. I would absolutely recommend them!

Removed a few messy arborvitae trees, they got the job done for a fair price, quick, good cleanup.

We are extremely pleased with the work they did. Very affordable, punctual, friendly and professional. We had a stump ground and several trees trimmed. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t know that they had been here. We would highly recommend them.

Steve & Company did a great job and always do. He has cut down and removed at least 6 trees on different properties I own. I have shopped around and his prices were the best. Stops over with a good crew and get the job done!!!!
