Since day 1 .. the service and whole experience has been great. The staff is really helpful and really tries to understand what the customer desires especially Simran. She is great with people, understand their wants and helps to make the impossible possible and gives great recommendations and all the knowledge that you need to have in order to buy your car. The whole process was very smooth and staff came through to understand what we want . Would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy great cars with great customer service.

I'm sharing my experience with airport kia service department.My kia SUV was making noise on low RPM so I took it in to be analyze and fix. The diagnostic showed motor module and manifold issues. They refuse to give me a copy of the report which I paid to have done.I had a conversation with the service manager regarding if changing these parts will stop the noise since my vehicle is old and I didn't want any unnecessary expenses. He assured me that if the noise didn't stop, he will take responsibility to re-diagnose and fix free of charge.One(1) hour before the SUV was ready for pickup, I got a call asking me if I wanted my sparks and plugs change. I was told that it would cost me cheaper as the mechanic was in there already and it will help with reducing the noise. I asked why this was not discussed with me in the morning but by a phone call for an instant decision under pressure. I was charged forthree(3) hours instead of one(1).I paid the bill which include a remark that the vehicle was not making noise and if the noise return

Very nice and familial place to get you into your car. The whole process was made so simple and quick. They went above and beyond to get the car as soon as possible and 3 weeks in and we got our very first car. Thank you so much Simran (our sales representative) for the great customer service.

They did have the cars that i was looking for. However i was being sold some extra warranty that i did not want and apparently you cannot opt out of it either. Which considerably brings the biweekly prices up. I also had a conversation with one of the sales guyz there and he was super rude.However, i also worked with Shantall there and she is amazing to work with and very helpful.

A little late with this post. I wanted to thank Nav and Shantall for the amazing service. I bought 2022 Kia Sorento Hybrid from Airport Kia. They did everything to make sure the used vehicle was in top notch shape which included getting a mechanic to look as to why the check engine light suddenly came on as I was about to drive to Ottawa on Good Friday. The mechanic met me at the shop and I was on my way with in 30 min. AMAZING! Talk about service. Plus can I mention how much I love my vehicle? I bought it for the second row captains chairs which my 70+ yo Mom falls asleep and stays comfortable on our long commutes. I’m thrilled and a convert from Honda. Thanks Airport Kia!
