Edmonds Medical Clinic(Not a Walk-in)

I'm so glad the old doctor retired. Dr Adrian Oosterholt was unnecessarily rude and condescending towards my family and I, and a lot of his other patients shared that experience. The new doctor is professional, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer your questions fully, and addresses any medical worries or concerns you might have. If you are looking for a new GP, I highly recommend Dr Ali Sarabi. He goes above and beyond the typical doctor duties. He makes you feel heard, books appointments to check up on you, and genuinely wants you to get back to full health. I couldn't ask for a better family doctor.

Doctor is great.. receptionist is terrible. Ignores your phone calls, doesn't call back when you leave voice mails, rude and unprofessional in her demener and not helpful to any regard. Highly recommend the doctor to get a new receptionist as I would have given a 5 star if not for the current one. I'm not asking for her to be friendly and super nice but at least do your job and answer the phone.

Well maybe as a walkin clinic with a simple thing this doctor maybe good. DO NOT USE HIM AS YOUR REGULAR DOCOTOR. Months and months of having to fight with him over getting the proper treatments, having him tell me I am a hypochondriac, feeling worse and worse after each visit. The doctor only cares about turn over of patients and doesn't seem to care about the patient. He loves to interrupt you and doesn't seem to actually want to listen to your symptoms. Lastly, thankfully I went and got a second opinion from a different doctor, needless to say Dr.Oosterholts not caring, just about killed me due to the drug concoction he had me on.

Great doctor, and very happy to have gone to see him. Originally went for a walk in for my finger being infected, left with a new family doctor.He's very to the point and won't just give you what you want or tell you what you want to hear. He'll tell you what you need to hear, and give you proper treatment for it. Amazing doctor and I'm convinced all these bad reviews are people that just want to hear themselves and have doctors just give them pills for whatever they need. I recommend him to anyone who's looking for actual help, and not just be justified with what they've read on Google.

Absolutely worst attitude from receptionist right from the get go!I was told from a passenger of mine that this is a new practice and they are taking new patients. I made an appointment to see the doctor. When I walked in the first time, I said 'Hi' and got absolutely no reaction out of this thing. At first, I thought she didn't hear me so I repeated myself and still not reaction from her. I should have walked right out of there at that instinct but chose to stay and see the doctor instead. I have returned to see same doctor 4 more times for follow ups and this thing haven't cracked a smile my way or anybody's way for that matter.I just called to asked if I need to come in to get a doctor's referral to dermatology or can he do it through the phone? She said, 'you have to come in' and hung up on me. Wow!!!Couple more visits and I can close my file with this office!If I could give this practice a negative star, I would!

This practice has a new doctor as Dr.oosterholt retired. He took me on as a patient even though he didn't need too and really saved me a lot of stress and anxiety.He's super professional and seems to actually care. If he ever accepts new patients, I'd highly recommend him as he has a good sense of humor and makes appointments a breeze.The new receptionist always went above and beyond for me as well. <3

I was a bit late and I can't come back for another month and my prescription ends in 2 days. My disabily benefits takes care of the monthly fees and they are charging me a late fee on top?If they let me come in then sure I'll pay it but nope they're charging me next month. I been coming here for 9months at 100$ per month and that's 900$ + they make from me as a client.I finally make one mistake by being late and I get insulted when I begged if I could please come in or within the next few days when I've seen them take in other people who were late or just walking in. Thankfully there's a place about a couple blocks away that will take me. I think I'll go there from now.

It was my first visit, and the receptionist was so lovely calm and good natured,i’ve received excellent care. And wait time has always been surprisingly short. The clinic is clean and modern, it was a pleasant experience and for sure i will be back on the future.
