Yesterday at 4.30 pm ordered a take out chicken special for $15.99 plus tax. The chicken leg was so tiny. It was just like a drum stick.I took it back and got another tiny piece. again. I must say it was very horrible. Would never go back to that place again

Quarter chicken was smaller than the bun. I upgraded from regular fries to sweet potato fries. The upgrade was $2.99 ...not worth it.

Three of us stopped off at the Queensway, Etobicoke location for dinner. The place had lots of parking, including handicap spots. Inside the place was only about 20% full, and lots of takeout customers. It was clean, tidy, well lit, and properly maintained, including the washrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was our Waitress forgot to bring my coffee, the other two had cold drinks. The food was very tasty and hot. Overall it was great!

I was impressed with the service. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She checked on us regularly to ensure that everything was perfect, Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience. You can never go wrong with Swiss Chalet and that makes it so reliable and decent for a quick meal. Had a good time at lunch as the place was not crowded and the service was very good. The newly introduced Fish and Chips were amazing.

I'm a big fan of the Swiss chalet ambience. It's cozy and reminds me of Sunday night dinner with the family. Menu prices have gone up significantly. This chain use to be good bang for buck but a dinner for two costs $50.Service tends to be hand's off but still acceptable.Chicken breast is always dry.Best fries and dipping sauce in town.

Thank you for dinner in this snow storm. We ordered the deluxe combo for 2 which was was more than enough food. Food was fast hot and very good. The only thing I would suggest is when you order veggies (carrots and celery) they should be fresh and not brown other than that food and service was good.We will be ordering again.

Went with my grandparents and our server, Hong Ya, was so sweet and kind. She joked around with my grandfather and made our visit overall very pleasant. She even gave me and my mom a tiny scoop of ice cream along with my grandparents super sundae, so we could all have ice cream. We did not expect her to bring us any so it was a wonderful surprise and very sweet of her. Definitely a 10/10 experience with Hong Ya as our server!! She is amazing

Forgot I came here last week and wish I still did. My biggest note, DONT GET THE PEROGIES! They're advertising them all over the place but they're empty potatoes. Though the food was bland, I was still hungry so I only got a photo if my 2 day old looking baked potato, the skin was like cardboard. Our waitress saw us a total of 4 times: to take our order, to deliver our food, ask once if it was okay, and to deliver the bill. Didn't ask if we wanted drinks when we sat, and didn't come around asking about refills. Not to mention we were sat squished between 2 tables of families when the entire dining room was empty. I think the waitress wanted to save the extra few steps. I imagine this business started to decline when Recipe took over. Recipe kills any business it buys.
