I have been with Dr.Olesen since I was a child, they have always been loving, caring and kind!Today I had my first root canal and went into complete panic mode, leading to a bit of an anxiety attack mid root canal. The staff were so supportive, they had an ice pack in my hand, water for me, and the laughing gas to calm me down. John handled me so well, and was ready with a joke when I finally started to calm down. I cannot say enough about them, I definitely would recommend this office.

Yvonne the office manager is the most unprofessional and argumentative person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She has no business dealing with clients or working in customer service. It is because of her poor attitude alone that I will NEVER go back to this dentist. Today I called in to make an appointment for my son, and they explained there was a $50.00 fee for the no-show for me from back in 2020. I have no problem paying the fee, but the first girl I spoke with said there were 'no notes' on my file but that the email reminder, which I did receive back in 2020, said no-shows would be charged a fee. Fine. Money isn't an issue, but the principle of the matter is that I definitely would have called in and I'm happy to go back in my phone records to confirm. I just wanted someone to acknowledge since, over 2 years later, I had absolutely no idea about this apparent 'no-show' appointment, that maybe it was a receptionist error in logging the fact that I called.The first girl I spoke with passed me to Yvonne who promptly cut me off and informed me that until I paid the fee there was absolutely no way to consider booking an appointment for myself or my son. She then contradicted the first girl saying that the notes on the file said that I was a no-show, and when I tried to explain that I would have called, she continuously cut me off and insisted about the fee being explained in the email.Yvonne would not listen to me at all when I tried to explain that I don't care about the fee, but that no one was acknowledging that I might have called and that perhaps, JUST PERHAPS, the receptionist may have forgotten to note it. She outright said she 'wouldn't fight about something from a year ago,' and that 'I might as well go find another dentist' because I was 'putting words in her mouth.' She then HUNG UP on me. I was not cursing at her, she had no right to hang up on me when I was trying to actively dispute an error. From the moment she came on the phone she was combative, rude, and close-minded. When someone is wanting to spend thousands of dollars on dental work for their child you may want to consider allowing them to feel heard and to finish a bloody sentence.I would urge the actual owners of the business to consider hiring a new office manager as soon as possible, because Yvonne is obviously too tired to deal with any sort of disagreement with clients.

Got work done here, didn’t do a good job and within a month my tooth has fallen out. It coming our wrecked the rest of my teeth and they won’t hold themselves accountable. They said they would fix it and now I’ve tried 4 times to get back in and they won’t do the work. Go somewhere else where the people at the front desk actually do their job.

Our family have been coming to Dr. Olesen's office since the early '90's when we moved from Vancouver. We were in need of a dedicated and professional Dentist because of our dental conditions and we knew that we required many different types of corrective work. Dr. John has always been very thorough, kind and dilligent with all three of us and we each have completely different types of teeth. We are very happy to have found the best of care. Administration, Dental Assistants and Hygienists are all just as equally pleasant and attentive.

My 83 yr old brother was visiting from Texas and had a dental issue pop up. I called my dental office (Seven Sails) and they took him in quickly. He was very impressed with the office, the technology, the friendly staff, the professionalism. Thank you for this service!

This is the best dentistry place around. Dr Olsen is super caring and an incredibly competent dentist. I have had dental horror stories from previous dentists allover. I no longer grip the chair during procedures as i know i am in the best hands possible with this office. All the staff is wonderful.

Dr. Olsen and his staff are so professional and caring. I didn't used to be crazy about dental visits but this office makes it a nice experience. Dr. Olsen takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing. It's actually quite interesting. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a great dentist.
