Have tried to phone at least 6 times today ( from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm )the answer is always Leave a message" but there is NO return call.Are they even in the office ?? Do they also blame their non-responsivness on COVID? I have been wasting my time - does anyone ever care ?I need info on my late husband's Life Insurance - maybe they just don't want to pay out this claim ? This company STINKS !!!!!"
