Near the airport and 20 minute drive to city center (if there's not a lot of traffic). Lots of good, casual, Asian/Eastern restaurants nearby. Materials are not luxury hotel level but design has some very nice elements which make it feel nice and upscale. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant quality is excellent. Our room had a large bathroom (no tub), a dishwasher and other kitchen items. There was even silverware in the drawers

Went for a mini vacation and decided to try this hotel out. Check in was flawless, loved the look of the front area, then when going through the hall to our room noticed lots of scuffs and marks on walls and doors. When entering our room we were please to see the mini upgrade as we didn't ask for a kitchenette. We decided to get unpacked a bit and get out swim trunks to go to the pool. We were disappointed from driving all day to get into the hot tub for it to be colder than the pool, we just decided to skip the hot tub and o back to the room to take a hot shower. I did let the front desk know that the hot tub was cold and said they would get it fixed.After going out for the evening and coming back to the hotel to relax, we noticed there were white stains on the couch which were hidden by pillows, and then a few dark stains on the bed under the pillow (i am assuming from detergent from the laundry as sometimes it can happen) Bed was alright more on the softer side, so if you like that then its perfect.Didn't appreciate being woken up at 9am to cleaning staff knocking on the door to come in and clean. Since we couldn't get back to sleep we went to the pool to see if the hot tub was hot and it was so was happy about that.I was going to give a 2 star rating but the friendly staff at the front desk made it a 3 with their attitude and making sure the hot tub got fixed.

Although complaints about the false advertising regarding the breakfast goes back over a year they don't seem to care. Stayed for 2 weeks for work, left too early to even have breakfast but on my days off when I asked questions and showed them screenshots of what they are selling they didn't care. Just kept saying its an additional feature you have to add at booking, which also isn't true at least not on Trivago. Sent an email and was never responded to. I know it seems like a small thing but false advertising should still be taken seriously. All they would have to do is either remove it from the amenities or put an asterixis explaining that conditions apply. But they'd rather just leave the customer unhappy. Very disappointed, usually loyal to BW but this was not a good look for them.UPDATE:As you can see the copy paste response they always post doesn't actually address the problems they have. they really don't care to improve.

Great location near the airport. It has very modern look and ambiance. We were very pleased with the staff and their willingness to help. We had an early dinner and it took some time to bring food which meant everything was prepared and fresh. I had fish tacos which were one of the best I have ever had. My wife had indian butter chicken which was also very tasty. Lastly, we picked.this hotel as the price was good and it did not disappoint us at all.I recommend this to anyone who wants a good hotel near the Calgary Airport.

The bedrooms were super spacious. Comes with a small couch, table w/ chairs and a kitchenette that includes a stove top. The hot tub was a little too hot for my comfort but I'm not one who usually relaxes in one. Pool was nice. It does say on the website that breakfast is complimentary but it wasn't so that was disappointing. Other than that, this hotel was beyond what we expected for what we paid

I've arrived pretty late and forgot to call the hotel to advise them of that and my reservation was still good. The gentleman was very polite and nice.My room was better than I was expecting the hotel served an All you can eat breakfast buffet for only 10$ there's a gym a pool and a spa.I really enjoyed my stay over here.

Nice hotel, rooms and facilities including the Gym and Pool area. Coffee and hot water station downstairs was a nice touch.The food served for room service was exceptional - Beautifully presented and tasted fresh, delicious and healthy too! Kudos and thank you to the Chefs and Raymond for their efforts and service!Keycard challenge passed successfully with two keycards being issued on check-in.Check-in was very slow however. Really unnecessarily, rarely slow - No idea why this was but must have taken around 15-18minutes! Staff seemed disorganised and either poorly trained or just unprepared. I experienced the same in the restaurant area when trying to order food for dinner.Lots of USB slots around the room too, which was a nice plus. The kitchenette was an interesting touch. Desk and sofa areas were useful too.Good stay overall, but the check-in and dinner service experience needs to be addressed and improved swiftly.

Rooms are nice enough and check in easy. We arrived late from our flight and the pull out bed had no linen and took one of us over 20 min downstairs to find bedding for it. Not fun at 1230am with 2 cranky kids. Same thing -no bedding for pullout bed— for another family staying here. It’s a thing apparently.

Though the rooms are nice, my husband and I did not personally enjoy our experience due to the staff’s lack of communication. We were flying internationally from Calgary, and we called more than a month in advance to ask about parking our car at their hotel. We booked to stay the night before, and it was explained to us that our stay would cover the price of leaving our car. However, when we went to the front desk to take the shuttle to the airport they informed us that leaving our car at the hotel would cost $20 a week in addition to our stay, which was not communicated to us when we originally called and ask about leaving our car a month earlier. When we tried to explain that we were apparently informed incorrectly, the staff essentially said “oh well” and asked how we would like to pay for our car. Originally we chose to book the hotel because we thought it would be a cheaper option than parking at the airport. But had we known all of this, we would have just chosen to leave our car at the airport because in the end we paid a lot more. In addition, their airport shuttle only runs from 9am-9pm, so we had to also get an Uber at the end of our trip when we flew back into Calgary, which only added to the overall cost.

This hotel opened in 2019 and still smells new. It’s evident that they take good care of it!We stayed in a room with the king bed while our family stayed in another room with 2 queen beds.Pros:-Great price.-Beds and pillows were comfy. It was like sleeping on a cloud.-Bathroom is a great size, beautiful and bright. The mirror even lights up.-Plenty of space in the rooms compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in.-Pool was amazing, even the showers at the pool were fancy.-I had a view of the city, a field, and the parking lot. I was happy that I could see my truck clearly from my window.-Great location. T&T supermarket is pretty much beside the hotel, along with plenty of restaurants.-Lots of restaurant availability on Uber Eats and Skip The Dishes.Cons:-There’s two elevators, but only one was in service during our stay here. It was a bit of a headache as there are 5 floors so it got busy near checkout time.Overall we enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again!
