Great service! They met me at the shop where my car was being repaired to pick me up. I'm glad I didn't have to wait in line for the next agent like some other places. I highly recommend using them.

Excellent service. the Manager picked me up, provided me with a very clean car, smoke free and thoroughly explained all my rental options. Not many places do this. I would recommend Direct Car Rentals anytime!

Excellent customer service. Joe the owner dropped off my very clean and shiny rental car at my house for no extra charge. He didn't try to up sale me like some rental companies do. Professional and courteous service all around. He didn't even charge me for the extra 2 days I had the car ! Thanks Joe. I would definitely recommend Direct Car Rental.

Was provided with a replacement vehicle while my Rav4 was being repaired through insurance. Service was great as I got picked up at the repairs centre, and also dropped back there once my vehicle was ready. I liked that they didnt try to sell me any extra insurance like the bigger rental companies do. Also, my rental bill ended up going a few days past the max but they didnt charge me! Thanks a lot Joe! I highly recommend Direct Car rentals for insurance replacement.. you wont be disappointed.
