Very #peaceful #experience. I went to the mindful #meditation class they had in the evening, it was a warm and comfortable setting. The teacher was lovely, the addition of calming meditative music and her clear calming voice brought me into complete serenity. Although I'm sure I fell asleep, I felt reenergized and can't wait to learn more about the positive effects of meditation
