I had heard a lot of horror stories about building inspectors, and the improper inspections that they were known for. So when the moment came for us to hire an inspector, I felt very apprehensive about it, and not willing to pay that amount of money for something they were most likely going to screw up. But Sandy did gave me also some feeling of trust, in the short time that we communicated before the inspection. She was nice about colleagues, and sounded like she knew what she was talking about. So we made it happen, and when I saw the report and talked to Sandy on the phone I was so blown away. The report was so extensive and well set up; it was full of pictures and recommendations, and gave such a great insight in the home that we wanted to purchase. We're very grateful how this all went down and we would recommend Sandy to anyone!

Sandy came and did a home inspection on our place for some prospective buyers. She was absolutely fantastic. She was on time friendly, through and had an excellent sense of humor. She even let us take a picture of her in the attic as my son (3 yo old) is afraid of the attic. she said she was checking it our for monsters for him. We had Sandy come and look at a house we were interested in purchasing. Not only is she very thorough she explained everything to us so we would understand completely.
