O dont know who it was that helped me yesterday but she was amazing. She said she worked for the company for 4 years. Went in for rose scented lotion and she showed me the moringa one and I love it. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had the most awful experience ever. They’re racist and have very poor customer service skills. They will only treat people with their race nicely. They handle everything very poorly. I’ve seen them tell customers it’s wasteful to return a product and that it’s going to be thrown out but they will put it back on the shelf anyways. The manger is always upset and treated me horribly. She doesn’t know how to talk to people at all. They are always trying to argue over the smallest things. I witnessed one of the employees yell at a customer simply for not being able to hear her.

Staff is very rude in Guildford store. they are not happy to help. I went there to return peels that I purchased online , that were not suitable for my skin. The girl told me that I am wasting the products before purchases I should get sample, try that and then if I like should purchase. I explained her that it’s the company’s policy and was mentioned over the receipt as well that if we don’t like any product we can return it within specified period but she still insists that I wasted the products and was making me feel bad. There was other middle aged lady , I feel like she was the manager, was continuously staring rudely to me, while I was there. I wanted to make some purchases but there behaviour made me upset and I came back without getting any product.

Amol jodhan you deserve 7star for your customer service.i give 4 star because of some other associates who are so rude to customer with no sense of customer service reduces the star ⭐️ for store.I m the client of this store since 2019.On every visit i do spend good money, but today if u were not here i may went away without shopping.

Visted here alot of time, but there is a middle age lady seems like a manager or supervisor, also starring at me like i will steal something from the store. I always feel uncomfortable visiting the store whenever she is in the store but the other girls seems nice and always help me and my wife to find the right products.

The manager and staff are really rude and seem like they do not care for the customers. Overall bad experience. Products are still good so recommend visiting other locations.
