My furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called Silcraft at 7am and Sil was able to be at my house by noon that day. withing a half hour my furnace was working perfectly. I was worried it would cost me a fortune so I was surprised when I saw the very reasonable invoice, Thanks for your fast service, and help in keeping my family warm.

I have been using SilCraft Plumbing for several years now and I have no complaints. They have repaired some of my old copper piping, some under sink issues I had in the kitchen and bathroom, and replaced my hot water tank. Their service has been second to none, and always fair. They are not happy until you’re happy, and they stand behind their work.Great plumbers, great guys.

We were recommended to Nick and his team (SilCraft Plumbing & Heating) for some extensive restoration work on our recent project. After our initial expensive experience with 'another' contractor, this was a welcome breath of fresh air!It has been an absolute pleasure working with Nick! He is a responsive, respectful and consistent communicator, gives great service and is extremely personable. His work is of high quality and is very competitive with the cost.The biggest plus is that he follows through with his word and delivers as promised. These guys do good work, but are on the pricey side. They installed an 85 gallon hot water tank in my basement last year and removed the two 40 gallon ones.From start to finish, the whole job only took about 2.5 hours. I did a bunch of the prep work before (draining the tanks, making a path out of the basement) and some cleanup after which shortened the amount time needed.The 2.5 hour job cost me $2730. I found out later that the hot water tank itself costs about $1000 which means the labour rate was about $700/hour. There were two people so I suppose it's about $350/hour.I think there are certain types of jobs that cater to mom and pop operations. But for a routine job like this, I would probably go with a more cost effective company like Pete the Plumber next time.

Sil Craft is very knowledgeable, prompt, reliable and exceeded expectations for work recently completed.Should anyone want to seek out plumbing and heating services, it is highly recommended this should be the entity of choice.

Amazing work, Professional job. I Recently had Nicholas and Sil out to do a new hot water tank installation for me. Sil came out and looked at my old tank, was able to help be get it working temporarily and also did something to my furnace to stop it from blowing continually. He did all of this for me at no charge! They came out 2 days later and installed a new hot water tank for me. it works great and the price was cheaper then the 2 other companies i called.

SilCraft have just completed work in our new-to-us house. We had a different plumber do an initial repair and SilCraft are far easier to work with and much more reasonably priced.Great communication. On time. High quality. Worthwhile information and advice.We will use them again next time we need a plumber.

Came home to a flood in my basement tonight. I have used these guys in the past for the odd thing but didn't know they did emergency stuff. Nick came out at about 8 and had the new hot water heater going and even helped my hubby clean up all the water. No overtime charges. Can't say enough good things about them. Will continue to use and recommend Silcraft. Thanks guys!!!
