increasing rates, decreasing channels in packages, bad service. i can't stand it anymore, i will be moving my 3 accounts elsewhere. i'm normally a supporter of the underdog, but unfortunately cannot stay with this service.

Buyer be aware, avoid this IPTV service.When an offer sounds too good to be true I do my due diligence and most of the times I end up with the same conclusion: avoid fly by night companies, hold on to your hard earn Dollars and walk away, ignore....

Reluctantly, I can't give this company more than 1 star. Hopefully Zazeen works out its manifold technical issues and becomes a worthwhile contender, because we need alternatives to the two big ripoffs, Bell and Rogers.We were with Zazeen for almost a year. Luckily we did not enter a contract or buy any equipment (though we still ended up with 3 wifi extenders ($20 apiece) that we now have no use for). All things considered, we got away cheap.First the positives:-Internet service was consistently reliable.-Customer service reps (via email) were always courteous, helpful, and quick-acting (albeit only during weekdays).The cons:-The equipment is patently rinky-dink. You will spend many hours trying to resolve glitches with the phone and TV gear. The PVRs are especially irksome.-Unlike the big competitors, Zazeen has no technicians who can come out and troubleshoot a problem.-Zazeen is cheaper than Rogers and Bell, but not cheap enough that one should put up with as much aggravation as we did.I do not recommend Zazeen to anyone but the most patient and tech-savvy. Perhaps it will improve down the road. We desperately need alternatives to the hated Big Two.

Zazeen emails you monthly invoice billed onto a credit card. Just imagine... They quietly changed pricing (+10%) without any notice. If you seek for a better option than BIG two (ONTARIO,Canada), then Zazeen is worse than both of them combined (in my opinion).

We've been with Zazeen TV since 2014 and what a breath of fresh air after years Rogers BS. Minimal problems and courteous online customer service including follow up phone calls. Slightly disappointed that a couple of channels have 'disappeared' but as a bare bones client with a couple of pick n' pays it is far more satisfying paying a reasonable price for what we watch rather than close to $100 for a whole lot of nothing from Rogers.I understand Quebec's Distributel now owns Zazeen but I haven't noticed any problems since the transition.

If there was less than one star I would use it. TV is not working. Can't contact Zazeen because all their numbers are disconnected, and their website is not working- I think I have been scammed! WARNING

They don't have anyone answering the phones.... You have to email them or leave a message I have been trying to contact support now for 4 days . No one has called or emailed me back.... This is a joke of a company and I should have done more research about them before I am going to call the better business bureau and log my compliant.

Its A Great Service for what it is. This is a prepaid service so as long as your Bill Gets paid at the beginning of the month there seems to be no Problems. The cable Internet is speedy and haven't had issues.

Stay away from these guys. Bunch of incompetents..... Billing does not communicate with Customer service, or IT. I've been with them for almost a month. I prepaid almost $600 for 6 months of nightmares. The internet is slow, TV lags, freezes, Their supervisors and reps don't want your business. They hate customers who prepaid and ask for decent service. Stay away from the so called unlimited internet. I feel like i've gone back to dial up in the 90's with these clowns. I will be flagging their business practices to the CRTC so people don't get scammed. They have some serious issues, I just want a full $600 refund from the so call 6 months promo that i got sucked into. They really lack customer service skills. Very poor service, I dont think they will last once, all the big players offer as of 2016 pick and choose your own channels for less. I am returning the chinese iptv box full of glitches.. just get an HDTV antenna for $30 bucks and watch your basic TV for free. These guys don't really care about service. I hope I get a refund- stay tune will keep you posted....

WARNING,WARNING,WARNING....DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ZAZEEN.. first off let me tell you how awful they are they do not offer a router you have to buy that yourself if you want wireless internet, and not to mention once you receive your product in mail they send a technician out to hook up the internet for you and the rest you have to do on your own regarding plugging everything up just for you to watch TV. now once you place your order make sure to ask if your on a contract because they fail to tell you that.. So if you decide you no loner want their services that's when the contract comes in and as if that is not bad enough they expect you to pay $15 a month for 2 years if you break it..RIPE OFF you have been warned costumer service none speak proper English...Don't waste your time
