My husband and I have been to the Kingston Moore's location multiple times over the past year in the lead up to our wedding. No matter who we have dealt with or what we were in for, the customer service has been excellent (especially Dane!). I purchased ties as gifts for our Dads and my brother, our Dads purchased their suits, our groomsmen rented suits, and my husband bought a custom suit here. He even got to put a customized message inside the jacket and our wedding date in the vest & pants. We couldn't be happier with how everyone's outfits looked on the day! Thank you.

If your in the market for a suit than go no further. I happened to be suit shopping for my wedding and we choose Moore's. I don't regret it, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me and my family pick and design our own custom suits, they took all of our measurements with no problems and they were able to answer any questions we had.Our suits arrived in a timely manner and they were all made to fit, they also hemmed our dress pants on site. I highly recommend coming here to shop for any dress wear you may need.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Dane and Brandon helped my fiancé and I pick suits for our wedding and in designing my fiancé's custom suit. Very patient to work with and gave great advice when it came down to making the hard choices. Great experience here so far!

We had an amazing experience there today. We are greeted immediately when we entered the store, we were offered various options of suits/shirts etc. We had the best customer service experience with Brandon, he was attentive, knowledgeable and great with my kids (who did not want to partake in this process at all). We will be sending our groomsmen to this location (and encouraging them to ask for Brandon!). Would recommend this location and Brandon to anyone who needed this service.Thank you Moore’s and Brandon for a great and successful afternoon!

My husband and I have been into Moores twice now and cannot say enough about how amazing the customer service is.We recently visited last minute to have a jacket tailored and they did the adjustments on the spot for us knowing that we had a special event to attend. The staff is beyond accommodating and had to take the time to write this review because every time we go to Moores, we leave happy !

From the time Jake helped us with proper fittings, arranged the right size of shirt to be shipped to the store vs having us go and pick it up I was impressed. Then, the store went above and beyond when we had a family emergency and needed our alterations picked up early. We were called to let us know they had made arrangements to have the alterations completed. You have no idea how much all of this means to us. Hats of to a great team and the level of professionalism received!

I purchased a suit last fall, but since then I had lost 40 pounds. I called to see if I could get my suit recut, and they said to bring it in, and they would see what they could do. I hadn't even worn the suit, because the wedding that I was planning to go to had to be changed because of the Covid rules. They were able to take the pants in, and they fit perfectly, but they couldn't do anything with the jacket, but then the one salesman, Dane, said that what I had bought were separates, which meant that they were able to just switch suit jackets, with another that would fit me, of the exact same fabric, and style. I just want to thank Dane, Chris, and Ben, for all their help. All that I had to pay for, was the alterations done to my pants.

Great place! I was pleasantly surprised and had wonderful help to get me the suit I wanted for my wedding. They were immensely helpful with the whole process and we built a full outfit that looks amazing! 10/10 would reccomenf them. And for any men out there looking to up thier wardrobe there's plenty of good looking everyday options too!
