I bought a pair of apple air pods they gave me no context on the return/exchange policy and no apple care. When I received the air pods I had them for 2 days and they were already experiencing technical problems. So I called them and asked to speak to the manager which they said was in a meeting but to bring in the air pods and have the manager take a look at them and approve them for a refund or exchange. When I got to the store they wouldn’t even let me speak to the manager as he was “busy” and just said they don’t do refunds or exchanges for any apple products including those out of the box. They told me to contact apple as apple didn’t allow them to give refunds or exchanges and that had to be done through them. How was I supposed to know the air pods I bought had a defect? They were not informative at all and had very poor communication. I called them back 3 times after and no one responded. When I called apple and spoke to them at customer service they looked into there policy which stated 30 day return or exchange for most products was permitted if the item had a technical issue. Anyways I still haven’t heard back from them but if you decide to buy any apple products from them just know they will not give you any return or exchange even if they have a defect so I would just stay away from buying any apple products from them and just buy it from the apple store.

This is such a common annoying occurrence at any Source store which is a shame because it's a good company, but if I'm in to pick up a specific item, stop trying to haggle me to change my phone company or ask information about it. If I wanted to do anything with my mobile provider I'd ask! Don't chase or push me for it! Ruined experience for it especially with the associate taking offense to my request and giving attitude after that!

While shopping at the store, Prayas explained clearly about the options and helped in getting a good deal. He is kind, calm and patient. I would like to visit the store again.

The customer service is super awesome. I have been to several other source stores. But this specific one in jackson square is the best. I would like to thank Anshul and Hamid for helping me and my brother so much. They had to go through so many procedures to get his phone activation done. They were so patient. I would defenitely recommend this source store in jackson square.
