I must admit I was confused when the Branch first opened and I was expecting a traditional bank but in today's online world this is the way to go. The service is outstanding and you are treated with respect. I built a special bond with Anna Rosa who I call the Specialist. She connects me with the right people for my financial needs.

I went last week to complete a transaction and froogh was helping me out. She was very friendly and helped me out with the transaction. Thanks to her she made the experience very quick and easy, she was very kind and funny. I would definitely suggest that all client pay this location a visit. Thank you Froogh!

They told told me if I cancel my existing line of credit at 19% interest that they could give me on at 11.7% interest. I did that now I have no line of credit at all and cannot get approved for it. Thank you CIBC!! Ill be moving my money to another bank asap

Has been a please experience dealing with cibc Findlay creek branch . Staff is polite and always ready to help and provide quick solutions . Jignesh was very quick and prompt in his services. If you are going to bank at cibc please ask for jignesh. He is best and have always been helpful. Overall I had a good experience

Worst service branch I've ever dealt with at CIBC.I was in a middle of the moving and my mailing address was about to change so without making it more complicated I delivered my credit card to this branch as this branch is nearest from my work place. After couple weeks I got a call from them to receive my card as they receive it. The very next day I reached there and found out they lost my card and told me to call CIBC credit card. How irresponsible that would be that a branch lost their client credit card. Such a waste of time!!!!!

I have been banking with CIBC for a very long time for personal and business. I'm really disappointed to say that this branch is managed by an incompetent manager. This branch never answer their general phone line nor voicemail. The branch manager doesn't answer her phone and takes a long time to answer her voicemail. First voicemail it took her 1 week to answer and the second voicemail end of day of the following business day. They locked me out of my business account and they decided to arbitrary deposit my business cheque in my personal account. They All because the person at the branch was clueless to appropriate procedure to deposit cheques at the branch ATM machine. So they don't want to have tellers to deposit and they also don't want to train their hosts right. The only person that did her work right at this branch is Frogh Karim

Myself and gentleman in front of me waited in line for 30 minutes while 2 women at counter helped someone, finally got to counter and was told that head office needs to approve my simple situation. Good grief, terrible branch and I'll be switching all to RIBC across the street who has employees that help right away.
