Had a great experience with John. My system completely crashed but he was able to extract all of the data in just a couple of days. Very reasonably priced and great communication throughout about options. Highly recommended as your Bellingham go-to data recovery guy!

John was able to recover some very important files off of a destroyed hard drive for me. He managed my expectations, let me know there were other options if he could not find the files, and then delivered way more than he promised. His price was very fair and he worked very quickly. I will use him again and I highly recommend him.

This guy really knows his stuff! We were heart broken and devastated to find out our hard drive with all of our business data like invoices, licensing records, book keeping, and about 2,000 pictures had died. We contacted John, not expecting to get everything back. Not only did he get all of our stuff back, but everything that had previously been on the hard drive (got it used)! There was 1.5 tb recovered, amazing! Thank you for your help!!

Truly an excellent choice for data recovery at a very reasonable price. My Macbook Pro couldn't recognize the hard drive, and not only did John recover my files, he also fixed my computer! I found Intellect Computer Service after much research but would absolutely go to John again in a heartbeat.

I really got lucky finding John at Intellect after having to kiss a bunch of computer toads. He knows what he's doing, is great to work with and is always kind. Prices are very reasonable and he's quick. He has helped me maintain and repair an old laptop that I love and don't want to part with. I would be happy to recommend him, and have, to everyone I know.

My 7 year old Blue Mountain laptop computer suddenly stopped being able to charge. After being told by a hardware specialist that it could not be repaired, I took it to John at Intellect Technology.John was able to get it working again and made a file backup for me. The cost was minimal. Service was fast, courteous, and friendly. John is my go-to guy for any computer problem. He is a wizard!A couple of months later the Blue Mountain died for good.
